If you need to use UPS services, don't bother going to this location. The employees have no idea how to do any of it. I asked the employee if I could send documents next day UPS and he immediately complained that I would need to package everything myself... he was rude for absolutely no reason at the outset. Obviously I had planned to do that anyway. So I spent 30 minutes getting everything ready and then when the employee came back to help me, he said they couldn't do next day. Not true. When he checked his system, they could, in fact do it. I ended up leaving because they couldn't figure out how to charge me correctly and clearly didn't want to enter all of the addresses into their system for shipment. I also heard him tell multiple other customers that they couldn't offer mailing services. All of this apparently because he wanted to take his lunch and is clearly just not competent enough to enter an address in a computer. This man's superior told me I would need to go to an actual UPS store to make my shipments. I drove to yhe nearest store and after waiting in line for over an hour, was told that I needed to go to a different location. The useless employees at Staples couldn't even tell me how to get competent service from an actual UPS location. I literally wasted 3 hours of my day trying to mail documents because of this man and his manager. Neither of which could handle their job.

Had a recent good experience with their copy/print department. The staff went above and beyond to make my order and answer questions I had about their shipping policy. The cashiers are friendly as well. My biggest complaint is I cannot find someone to help me in their business machines section or on the sales floor. The turnover rate seems pretty high but they usually have what you need in a pinch. I do feel somewhat guilty relying on Staples over the smaller, locally-owned, stationery stores. The front of the store/outside has looked better. I've noticed that lately people are leaving their garbage right on the sidewalk near the entrance.

I go here to get computer supplies and efaxing. They also do business cards. Although short staffed they are friendly and knowledgeable. Mimi in the copy department was friendly and helpful. This is centrally located off of Brunswick in Grass Valley. Shopping center also has CVS and grocery outlet (and many other businesses). Nice and organized store!

We always use Staples for our office supplies including receipt books and invoices. They do a wonderful job and it's done in just a day or two

The printing station is being ran by baby boomers who don't know how to print. She told me to come back tomorrow when the manager was there to print Avery labels that I urgently needed. Don't rely on them for anything that you need ASAP because they don't know how to use their own technology.

Its hard to say with this one.... Thankful the store is there but if you are looking for any assistance you are on your own. Ive been in many times to use there printer. 3 out of 4 machines were down the other day. You would think the people in the print dept would help out just to be considerate but then I would hv thought it to be part of someones job to help figure out what print cartridge I need instead of pointing to some kiosk(?). Wow! Customer service is not happening at Staples.

I'm unsure how to write this review. The cashiers at the front have always been great for just checking out. And they'll take clearance items and mark them down even more for you. But maybe a that's because no one bothered to put the clearance price on them or in the computer to begin with. But their print and copy area is terrible. I've been here 4 times in the last week and they're always too busy to help anyone standing in line. If you've got that many projects, hire someone to run the register. I started writing this review after I'd been in line for 15 minutes and finished it before anyone helped me (all I need to do is pick something up and pay for it). Not only that, one of the gals decided to come to the register and help someone, I'm clearly in a line and next to be helped and she goes to help a gal that came in after me that was standing over by the shipping counter. I will drive a half hour to the next town over before I use their copy and print center again. And by the way, I'm still waiting in line..............

I made sure to call first to make sure they could laminate an 11x14 print and yes they said they could. I arrived and the young lady turned on the machine to warm it up. She was alone in the dept. And was obviously overwhelmed with calls and customers. After 20 minutes she started trying to do the work to no success. It was obvious she didn't know the equipment and called for help. The man the tried to help wasn't trained either and after they had melted plastic all bunched up I decided waiting another hour was going to be pointless. She apologized but I told her it wasn't her fault, she just wasn't trained properly. As I left I made a comment to Debra, the person that was acting as a lead or asst. Manager they had a training issue they needed to deal with, she said "maybe you should try doing it yourself". Needless to say,, I didn't expect that from a person of authority.. I run a business in town and we shop here often. After hearing her comments I doubt I'll ever set foot in that store again. Very bad service!

This place was 10 minutes from our rental and the SO had forgot a cable at home. Thankfully this location opens at 8 AM so I was able to go in and was immediately assisted by the floor manager. Totally lucked out- I got the last cable. I was in and out faster than it took me to drive there. The lady who assisted me at the register was friendly and made sure to ask me if I had the correct cable. Thank you for being a life saver.

I ordered a small expensive printer for my laptop and paid for it. Went back two weeks later....no one can find it anywhere I'm their for an hour at least. Waiting for my printer..finnaly I realized NO ONE WAS STILL LOOKING FOR IT AND NO ONE CAME TO tell me the status of my purchace....they just blew me off and passed me over to the manager so she was looking for it , but she was in the break room with all the others... they came out and said I would have to keep waiting....I'm like what ? You could have came and told me... asked for my money back! Never again NEVER! Very rude about it as well and blamed it on covid..19 you cant blame shitty service on covid unless your sick . They ALL need to go home and the manager needs to be reprimanded.

Worse customer service. Young woman working at the copy center is worthless. I came in and wanted to make a copy from my memory stick. A very simple tasks. She would not take it and print it out for me. Instead, she directed me to their copy machines and said I could do it there. Of course, I had no idea of how, the number of steps involved and she refused to do it for me!!! Again, instead she tried to direct me as to how to do it (God, the woman is lazy and should be fired!!) and then said that everyone knew how to do it!! Really? Even old geezers? She repeated this again...I called her on it and told her that was a lie! She still refused to help. I mean, what are they paying this young entitled woman for??? She won't even help a customer. I talked to manager who listened but said nothing. Worthless. I have had problems before at this Staples....they either can not train their workers or the people they hire are a lazy as many millennials are nowadays. Never again will I go there. There are many other places where I can get better, faster service with a smile. Pathetic.

I went to the print and copy department to get a stamp made for wedding favors, there was one very nice lady working. There were a few of us in line, she had tons to do and questions being thrown at her all at the same time, I was feeling overwhelmed for her. But she handled it with the utmost patience while maintaining her courtesy. I did not catch her name, but she had long brown hair in a pony tail and glasses. Thank you wonderful woman!

Legit the worst customer service. Nobody greeted us when we came in. We weren't able to find anyone for 10 minutes. When I asked for the part I needed I was treated like I didn't matter. Then after explaining what I needed, the lady gave me so much attitude. I said thank you and she walked away. So rude!

This is a great store. It's not perfect but the workers are usually quite helpful and the line at the checkout moves pretty quickly! Thanks!
