If you need to use UPS services, don't bother going to this location. The employees have no idea how to do any of it. I asked the employee if I could send documents next day UPS and he immediately complained that I would need to package everything myself... he was rude for absolutely no reason at the outset. Obviously I had planned to do that anyway. So I spent 30 minutes getting everything ready and then when the employee came back to help me, he said they couldn't do next day. Not true. When he checked his system, they could, in fact do it. I ended up leaving because they couldn't figure out how to charge me correctly and clearly didn't want to enter all of the addresses into their system for shipment. I also heard him tell multiple other customers that they couldn't offer mailing services. All of this apparently because he wanted to take his lunch and is clearly just not competent enough to enter an address in a computer.This man's superior told me I would need to go to an actual UPS store to make my shipments. I drove to yhe nearest store and after waiting in line for over an hour, was told that I needed to go to a different location. The useless employees at Staples couldn't even tell me how to get competent service from an actual UPS location. I literally wasted 3 hours of my day trying to mail documents because of this man and his manager. Neither of which could handle their job.

I went in to get a shipping label printed . Not something I do often. Jessica I think was managment was a complete j*** to me because i didn't know how to print an emailed adress label from my phone ( I could berate you if you showed up at my job. But I wouldn't)Joanna was sweet and helpful

Had a recent good experience with their copy/print department. The staff went above and beyond to make my order and answer questions I had about their shipping policy. The cashiers are friendly as well. My biggest complaint is I cannot find someone to help me in their business machines section or on the sales floor. The turnover rate seems pretty high but they usually have what you need in a pinch. I do feel somewhat guilty relying on Staples over the smaller, locally-owned, stationery stores. The front of the store/outside has looked better. I've noticed that lately people are leaving their garbage right on the sidewalk near the entrance.

I go here to get computer supplies and efaxing. They also do business cards. Although short staffed they are friendly and knowledgeable. Mimi in the copy department was friendly and helpful. This is centrally located off of Brunswick in Grass Valley. Shopping center also has CVS and grocery outlet (and many other businesses). Nice and organized store!

It’s not a bad store, just gets really old when you pick out a product and take it to the register for them to tell you we don’t have it in stock but we can order it. Don’t face a product box’s If you don’t have the product in stock it’s that simple. The managers excuse is it’s retail we have to put the boxes out even if they’re not in stock.

I came in for a new phone battery. I went straight to the tech desk for help. The employee was really slow in arriving at the desk. I was informed that Staples does not carry phone batteries, but he did offer up advice.

I went to this location to ship an item. The gal working behind the shipping counter was not helpful and proved ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I already had a prepaid shipping label, I just needed a small box. The clerk said to me "boxes are on isle 6" I'm like why don't you say something like "lets walk over here and pick out the right size box for your item" That didn't happen. Was she busy? NO, she was standing behind the counter looking bored. Will I return here, NO!!! Can't wait til Target gets open in GV

We always use Staples for our office supplies including receipt books and invoices. They do a wonderful job and it's done in just a day or two

I tried to be patient and understanding of the LAG it took (2 wks. longer than I was told) and let it go. So I decided my second order I'd do all on line and have the reprint of the same Grad. Announce mailed. BULL SHA VIK!!!!!! After the item already being a couple of weeks late, I received an email saying it was "out of stock"..... how?! it wasn't a pre-made card, I designed my own!.... How can that be out of stock?! and now 2 weeks until that graduation I've been trying to announce and I am NOT receiving them and they're just "sorry for the inconvenience" I will NEVER use Staples again and have used the print shop MANY times!!! I'm FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!!
