Wow. I had not needed to go into the bank in quite some time and was surprised to see their remodel. Completely removed all sense of privacy with only 3 teller stations right next to each other and one desk that's more private. They were apparently training someone, but no mention of that - even as a customer was profusely apologizing to the rest of us for taking so long. Poor form guys, poor form.

Very rude and unhelpful. The manager of this branch is the problem. I have banked here for many years and never had a problem until now.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! makes things very difficult when your APP is broken too for making appointments. Might be time to pull all my money out and start banking else where!

I would not have given them this one start but it was the only way I could comment. Horible customer service! I would not bank here if I did not absolutely have to!

Not only this branch, but Wells Fargo in General is just a terrible bank. They are so slow, and treat your money like it's theirs. I didn't ever feel like they valued me as a customer. Will not be doing business with them again.

I had a difficult experience more than a few times at this particular branch.One day.... Some of the management were very moody and irritable. They hustled me around to two different windows, because of computer "issues". They read my account number out loud, and above all, They managed to be very fake about their care for me and my needs that day. I even got a snobby comment about how i should be more patient. ( I simply wanted to deposit and withdraw a small amount of money. - Nothing Major) The teller that was "trying" to help me was in-experienced and although there was multiple "management" types walking around none of them were monitoring her or responding to her cry's for help. It took me over 50 minutes to despot my check and withdraw 50$. I would rather drive across town 10 minutes and wait 40 more minutes in lines, then to spend 5 more in this Mill Street Branch. For a Brand as large as wells fargo, You would imagine the same Great Quality Treatment "I have Learned to love" at every branch you go to. Well this is the ONLY branch i have been to that has treated me like this... I hope they step up there game or get new people behind that counter. They will not see my business for much longer if this continues.

Must have a investor loan to buy this great property and the market is so bad nobody is making loans so I visited and called everyone and only one person was upbeat and helpful and made me think that we actually could be successful together to make it happen. IT DID! Thanks Randi! She is great and knows what she is doing and there were no surprises at the end ad we got the lowest interest rate I ever imaginged. Thanks again. WF
