A Horrible branch. Maybe one of the worst. The women who work there are "Queens of No". Literally have to deal with frowning faces of disgust every time. The one assistant manager is a total wench. Manager isn't much better either. It's as if they enjoy making banking as difficult as possible. If there was a zero star rating, that's what I would have chosen. Wells Fargo has fallen too far to recover....

We waited in a long line to do a deposit and at the end of our transaction which was quite quick as the tellers behind the counters were very quick and efficient, however a banker that was distracted from a long delayed wire transfer by chatting in the back ( Andrew corrado) was asked if he was free, he pointed to his customer and said he could help us next, as we waited in the chairs and he reluctantly sauntered back to his desk, he finished the money order and as he let his customer out of his cubicle he was approached by the customer that was last in line, he glanced at us and then pulled the customer in to help him. Then as we waited while he finished with this additional customer, the customer left and he wandered to the back. Noticing that we haven't been helped and just finishing up, Rita came to the rescue, helped with a name change on the account quickly and with friendly service. 5 stars on all accounts except Andrew corrado that seemed to have some kind of issue with me and my wife for some reason.

Wells Fargo is a terrible bank as is but most branches can usually resolve my issues. It’s generally not the people who work at the small branches that make the bank terrible it’s the bank itself but I could just never seem to get anything resolved when I go to this particular spot. There’s always long lines, the manager will often be talking loudly with other customers about her political views and how lazy people are ,I recommend going to the one in downtown grass Valley instead!(In response to comment below issue was resolved by downtown bank)

You gave me a chance to have an account when no other bank around would give me a chance. You also have been helpful when I had a problem or question. Thank you

when I went to make a withdrawal yesterday, the service manager, said out loud “I hate that guy, he is a piece of s**** in front to other team members in reference to me. no one, absolutely no one should ever be treated that way, especially from a manager. It is public knowledge that Wells Fargo has worked in recent years to regain customer trust, well, by having managers who treat customers that way, no wonder it's so hard for them to change the public's impression. absolutely unacceptable

Expecting the services they claim to offer, Wells Fargo in Grass Valley, CA denied helping me today. The tellers can't get any worse, eh? Thanks for the confirmation that you don't know and don't care. No wonder I closed my last account with WF. I then called the 1-800 number, who thankfully was able to help me. Will be sure to call the long distance customer service number instead of going to the physical location next time around. The Penn Valley location used to be great, why did it close? Pablo was great help and definitely the friendliest person that I've ever met who works for Wells Fargo.

They could benefit from not bleeding their clientele dry with a ton of hidden fees and automated payments.

I have a business account and a personal account. I show up to get a personal loan and I'm treated like a 300 credit score smuk. I really considering moving my accounts to a more personable bank. I was told they didn't have time for me. If I could 0 stars I would.

This branch are under the leadership of Lauren Stowe I believe and she has become a total nightmare ever since. I have a mortgage and a quite large amount of cash etc. she was my personal banker and aside from horrible guidance of my investments she treats me like crap now. I will be moving my accounts ASAP.
