The best experience with a mechanic. Knowledge and hospitable. I had to tow my car in a day early of our appointment. He fixed it that day in an hour. Fair priced. Even the tow truck driver knew Werner is a great man.

Rick and his son have done extensive and complicated repairs flawlessly. Im very knowledgable mechanic myself. Not employed as mechanic.So when rick works on it, its something im not equipped to do at home. I recommend werners highly to all nevada county residents.

Rick worked on my mother in laws 2001 Mercedes. It had numerous small but unsolved problems. Rick analyzed and found the problem was in the cars computer system. Very impressed can’t imagine finding another with that expertise.

Rick has been taking care of our Mercedes for 4 years now, and he is fantastic. He does great work, is intuitive when it comes to diagnosing problems, and is very reasonably priced. He makes owning and maintaining a Mercedes a reasonable prospect! A bit out of the way, but I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I accidentally left my phone in my car when I left it at Warners to be worked on overnight, but I called and was told they live on property and just let them know when I got there they would let me come after hours to pick it up. Thanks for being understanding and also excellent service

Let these guys take care of your mercedes and you won't be drained dry like at the dealership.Mercedes of Rocklin charges 5 times more for the same service, mercedes should be ashamed of these dealerships.

Rick has helped me find and diagnose some funny issues that arise with my 1985 300D - he works on it until the problem is solved, for sure, without charging what some of the other euro diesel mechanics do in the area. Thankful he’s around!
