We were on a road trip and having an engine issue with my Ford Explorer. Diego was super nice and took a look right away. Even though they were clearly really busy, he got me in and out of there in a couple of hours and fixed my issue (bad engine coil). I really appreciated that he was willing to make an exception for us and squeeze us in since we were traveling. A great guy who did great work for us. Thanks, Diego.

If you are ever driving down 101 and have an unexpected issue. Precision is the place to go to. We were in our RV when something was going wrong. We did not know what was wrong but everyone on the road was honking at us. I would stop and talk a look. Everything looked fine when I would stop. RV's are hard to find a place that will help and at the last minute is even more unheard of. The staff said they would take a look. I know they were very busy. They could of easily said no but instead they said to stop by. They understood we would have been stuck on the road. After a few minutes of troubleshooting we started to figure out it was an oil issue and then found the oil filter had a problem. Oil was leaking out of the oil filter. Within an hour and a half. The problem was troubleshoot and fixed. We were lucky it was a simple fix. I know even if it was not an easy fix. The staff was going to do everything they could to fix the issue. Some of the best service in California.

They took forever on fixing my car, they replaced the "issue" and some, yet the part they fixed went bad. TWICE. I had to take it to someone entirely different to get my car fixed. They OVERCHARGE!! Just because theirs not many auto repair shops around. Trash ! Never again

Called several times to inquire about a wheel alignment. Phone was never answered. Voice message said unable to answer call and to call back later.After their response I will edit my review. Unfortunately I have already scheduled an appointment with someone in Salinas. If I get another opportunity to work with this shop I will try.

Got a flat tire on the highway. Googled the nearest place and it showed me a warning that it was closing soon. I decided to give them a call. The guy answered the phone was super nice even told me they would wait for me. We arrived 10 minutes before closing. Diego and one more guy were super friendly and efficient. Got it fixed in no time. Definitely recommend them! Thank you .

As a local automotive repair shop it is obvious why they have such exceptional reviews. Having utilized their services several times in the tiny town of Greenfield I have been consistently pleased with each visit. They are fair with labor and parts costs, willing to research what is needed for rare vehicles and quick to recommend repair priorities to help minimize unnecessary repair costs. Diego manages the daily operations and he is courteous and profession. Reliable at getting back with you when you need quotes or additional information. In the realm of automotive repair businesses where it is common to find businesses with shady practices I am pleased to have stumbled on this gem and will continue to depend on them for my automotive needs.
