Luke was super helpful today. In visiting and needed some sealant to refill my MTB tires. He provided excellent guidance and a presta stem remover to help me out. Stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment since my mountain bike was making some noise. They were super kind and honest that the time frame may not be ideal for fixing as they are really busy, but they will still try to look at it ASAP. Turns out, was an easy fix. They got me back on the trails a couple hours later.

I love my FX-2 Trek e-bike from Trinity Cyclery. Mitch and Cassandra were patient, knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns and desires. They know bikes and they know people! They've serviced my standard bike for a while now. They do a great job and have a fast turn-around time too! So fortunate to have honest, respectful and enthusiastic people to support me in the sport that I love!

trinity is a great place to go for any cycling needs. i was instantly helped by great staff when i first arrived and got new tires for my bike within 10 minutes. the owner even gave me some helpful tips for my bike, and sold me 2 great tires. i will definitely be back in the future.

Luke is a master mechanic! He put in the time to really diagnose and fix the issue my SRAM disc brakes versus just selling me unneeded parts. This same issue had been addressed at another bike, but not fixed. Luke worked through several different scenarios and solved the squeaking and vibration issues. What a great team at Trinity!

I made an appointment in the morning. Went to deliver the bike an hour before they open because I had to go to work and they didn't want to take my bike to work on it. They were there. I didn't see a problem leaving it. They just wouldn't take it, saying that they don't open until an hour and they have nobody to watch it. Kind of ironic for the fact that the mechanic is in the back working and they're there at the store. chumps

The staff here is hands down 10 out of 10! I came in looking for a new bike and wanted something I could ride comfortably as a 6' 7" giant. Everyone I dealt with listened to my input and helped me select the perfect bike. No crazy upsell or run-around. Once the bike was ordered, they even helped get me fitted and ready to roll.
