He didn't even open the hood to see the engine of my car and he told me that the repair cost 6,000 dollars and I took it somewhere else and it was just changing the air conditioning compressor so it would stop making noise.. lack of professionalism

My vehicle was having some electrical issues with the Blindspot monitor and they were able to have the problems fixed very quickly. They really know what they’re doing here and are very patient to help you figure out what the issue is with your vehicle. Thank you guys at Nur for the help.

Juan and his crew has been my go to body shop for years. Not only my car always been in the best hands in town I never had to be worry about being overcharged at any other place . I heard about Juan from a friend of friend and since that day he became my most favorite loyal car person . I would call with the smallest concern or question and Juan will always be helpful enough and take his time to explain everything to me . I could ask for a better and perfect body shop . I will be always returning for any upcoming services on my car . Juan and his crew are like a family to me now. Thank you for years of taking care of me and helping me with the smallest requests . I was introduced to Juan and Nur Benz through a family member.
I’ve always taken my car to the Mercedes dealership, but it was becoming increasingly expensive. So when I needed some important work done on my car, I came in to see Juan. He has an extensive history working with Mercedes.
He took his time examining my car. He figured out the cause of the problem and was very reasonable. I was able to get two necessary repairs for the price of one. Juan is very trustworthy and honest. I will return to Juan and Nur Benz in the future for my Mercedes needs!

I have been taking my car to Juan for years. His team is very responsive to my concerns. He doesn't haggle you about unnecessary services and teaches you how to get the best mileage out of your vehicle no matter how old or new it is. I highly recommend this team 10x's over the dealership! I have referred many of my friends to him and they are never disappointed with the quality or value of the services rendered.

Great place to go for anything that have to do with a Mercedes. Polite Professional and Caring. I always get great advise when I see the Owner he told me that I needed a battery and when I bought it he would put it in for me, most places tell you that they will only install batteries if you buy it from them. He is reasonable also! I used to go to Mercedes in Signal Hill, had an advisor that was rude and obnoxious want spend time and money at a place that hires that kind of personnel and over charge you also.
