A very nice gentleman gave me a reference to this wonderful place. I was helped by Haseeb and he did a wonderful job on my alternator replacement and making sure my car was safe for the road. He was very honest and gave me a fair price for parts and labor. Everyone there made sure my time there was comfortable and welcoming. I couldn't have asked for a better mechanic. I highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who is looking for honesty, fairness, and kindess.

Don't waste your time here. They will hold your car for several weeks with no progress. My Car ended up coming out in same condition. The mechanics there are incompetent and lack experience. Far from experts indeed.

My car was a scratched in a parking lot and ACE fixed it with no hassles within a couple of days after dropping it off. Car looks better than when I drove it off the lot and while be referring everybody here going forward.

The worst feeling was getting in an accident and walking out to see the damage done. All 4 tires, rims, grill, bumper, oil pan, subframe, and my transmission needed repair. I didn't want to get insurance involved so I knew I had to get the best deal possible. I initially took my car to another shop where I was quoted a ridiculous amount. I made a few calls and a good friend then lead me to ACE! Within an hour I got a call from the tow truck driver sent by ACE saying he was at the shop where my car was and was taking it into better hands! The guys at ACE stayed in contact updating me as each repair was made, sending me pictures, and reassuring me of all the fixes. Hopefully I'll never get into an accident again but if I ever do, I know who I'll be calling! Great, genuine people here!

Horrible customer service. My car was in the shop for 3+ months. They never bothered to keep me updated. They never sent me an invoice. They were dishonest on many occasions. No wonder they keep changing their business names. I had to get BAR (Bureau of Auto Repair) involved to finally get my car back. I usually do not post a negative review, but I am making an exception on this horrible business. Also it's interesting how all previous 5 star reviews were posted on the same day.

Being in an accident is never a pleasant experience but this company definitely helped make the process hassle free and quick. They are very prompt and I appreciated them going the extra mile by giving me updates on my vehicle prior to me calling and nagging! Though I hope I won't be needing their services to often, they have a customer in me for life!

Definitely a 5 star --- Great customer service, fast and efficient. They made sure I was in the loop during the time of the repair and my car looked amazing after it was complete. They even buffed my headlights for free! Glad I found them.

ACE is my new go to body shop. I don't know much about cars or car repairs. The guys at ACE helped me so much by speaking directly to my insurance. They were in constant communication with me. Best of all, my car looks like it never took a hit. They are truly experts. Thanks ACE.

Quick and easy. The guys here made the whole experience easy without any stress. The turn around time of getting my car back was what surprised me the most. My car looked like it was brand new from the dealership!!! The customer service was excellent and will definitely recommend my family and friends to this shop.

Auto Collision Experts is hands down one of the best businesses I've ever worked with. After a vehicle collision left my car wrecked on the streets I wasn't hesitant who to call. I didn't have AAA at the time so I was worried I would get screwed on the price of a vehicle tow. I started surfing the web and getting estimates on how much a tow/storage all those other fees would cost. Before I knew it I came across Auto Collision Experts who said they'd take care of me and boy did they. They hooked my car and in all the chaos I left my phone in the car while I was riding in the front with the tow truck driver. He lent me his phone so I could call my wife/insurance company on the ride to the shop. They also had the invoice ready and faxed all the paperwork to my insurance agent. When experiencing such a horrible experience they made the day a little bit better.
