Gina is so amazing she made sure my fur baby was clean and well took care of it is hard finding a good and affordable dog groomer in the Bay Area and Gina is such a welcoming person in her community she made sure I fit right in while being a mom of my 1 year old baby snowball I recommend for anyone with a dog and we will definitely be coming back

It would have been a ZERO I will now speak from my experience. She dropped off her XL Bully runt to me said she had papers had first shots dog food etc never got one of those things she would never pick up the phone anymore or even give me the vets contact info so I could get the rest of her shots never dropped off her brand of food no collar leash NOTHING VERY VERY STRANGE now I know why she never used one did not know what they were or toys!! She is fearful of everything won't walk won't leave yard get in car NO RESPONSE about what happened to her I almost took her back but I could not put her back in an environment that created this fear. I have imagined where she lived how she lived to created this behavior what they did to her and WHY she's such a sweet loving dog what I do know is about Karma and when it's upon you you will know why it is there. I had her accessed by a lady who had raised pitbulls and she said this dog has been abused and we both promised heroʻ a better life and cried for Kai we are dog lovers who only want to make improve 🐕 lives they are innocent and they have been si key down by humans but I had to speak this out loud the rest is up to you what you do with it I was fooled by the happy go lucky hopeful upbeat woman but society has been fooled by the users of this world then the mask falls and you see the truth sometimes slowly sometimes quickly quickly for me. BEWARE BE VERY AWARE. Some how the other dogs are?

Full disclosure: I still have not yet been able to experience this grooming salon. I have driven to the building to receive services, and all three times they were closed. Mind you, this was during their posted business hours online and on their door of the building both stating they were open. They moved into this new location over a month ago, yet every time I arrive, the doors are locked and nobody is there. This is very disappointing, and at this point, I don’t feel like I can trust this business.

I can't say enough good things about Gina! My French Bulldog used to be terrified of the groomers--shaking, trembling, and just all around anxious every time we'd head to an appointment. But since we've started seeing Gina, everything has changed. My dog is actually excited to see her now, and she's always happy to leave after the groom!
Gina is so gentle with her, and I've never had to worry about nicks or cuts like I did at other places. She's careful, kind, and really takes the time to make sure my dog feels comfortable.
On top of that, Gina is a great resource for pet care advice. I always ask her questions about my dog's well-being, and she's quick to offer helpful and thoughtful suggestions. At my last visit, she shared some exciting news--she's moving to a bigger, better location at 1558 A. Street in Castro Valley! I can't wait to visit her at the new spot.
Another thing I appreciate is how responsive Gina is. She's always quick to get back to me and will squeeze me in for an appointment if I need one, which is a lifesaver!
If you're looking for a groomer who truly cares about your pet, Gina is the one. Highly recommend!

Gina saved a life.. Called morning of at 11:30am on a Saturday and Gina confirmed she could squeeze us in at noon - even though it was our FIRST TIME coming to her. Gina took amazing care of Haole. We got a full bath package and both Haole and I are very pleased with the result. Will definitely be coming back here. Amazing service and pup care :)

Amazing job! My puppy went in looking like a little rat and came out as a poodle. I'm so happy with the result, the service was so amazing she was really nice with you and your dog. She has so much patience especially with my dog that wouldn't let her do her job but overall finish her job amazing.

The best. My dog is so yappy and honestly fussy, true she's a puppy but she can be a handful when I give her a bath. Gina turned my pooch into a mini showroom dog haha. She smelled wonderful, coat felt so soft to the touch and her nails were trimmed!! My dog would have maybe let me wash her at most. Gina has a magic touch!

She is awesome and she is doing above and beyond. No frills business. The area is a little sketchy but , Gina is amazing with what she does. My dog Maxx is comfortable with her salon. Her price is great and a myst try place if you are looking for a groomer for ur fur baby

Gina is an amazing groomer. She was friendly and caring during our visit, and was very professional and quickly trimmed our dogs nails. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who needs their dog groomed.

Gina's is wonderful and my sister's dog was fluffy, clean and happy when I picked her up. Gina was kind and very professional. She and Jayden took Trinket, a 17 year old poodle that needed a great groomer and turned her into a new dog! she even put a ribbon in her hair, so nice. I highly recommend Gina's Clean and Cozy Petcare, they are outstanding

Gina is friendly and was kind toward my dog and me. My dog was done in under an hour. Cleaned , clipped and happy. First time there but we'll be back.
