Machines are always dirty, messing up and smell bad

I have called their district manager Annette Ching many times, and emailed without any response. I represent a Property Management company and they obviously have too much business and do not need any more. I wonder if CEO Jim Gimeson knows that his District Manager does not need any more business?? Moving on....

I have had some issues with requiring refunds, but they handled each one in a timely fashion!
