Older guy that works late shift never knows how to use the app or his claims it down even though I used it an hour before. Always close the store at 1:30 right before Alcohol sales end

Lol the picture shown is definitely not going of this ampmWorst ever they close the store every night and keep it closed past 2 just so you can’t buy alcohol because “manager “ has to take his scheduled break. Icee machine never works neither does the shake machine, ice is always out a lot of sodas aren’t hooked up whoever is managing this place needs work doesn’t seem like the workers care to fix it

i used to always have a good experience here but the two girls working last night were terrible people not only being rude to me but other customers coming in talking telling them to shut up ? and staring us down and telling my friends were broke when we paid for our stuff the guys that usually work are the best but not the girls from last night

Worst ampm in Southern California! I have been to many of them in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, and Inland Empire. They shutdown their app feature so they don't need to provide any free items won through their ampm app, then charged me $2.09 for the free small coffee which I had won. Calling them a convenience store is a joke since they're anything but... I will just drive an extra mile down the road to the next ampm which never seems to have issues with their computer system.

I just put $70 worth of gas in my car here, and I asked to use the restroom. Four different workers had four different answers, one told me there was no restroom, The next one told me that there was a restroom but I need a key, the next one told me that it was being cleaned, and then finally I was able to leave my ID and get a key to the restroom. It was ridiculous. Then I attempted to drink a Diet Coke from the machine and it was totally flat.

Worst coffee in hemet. Taste like Luke warm water with pre used coffee grounds. Not worth 2.59. Get your coffee at Starbucks across the street.

Worst customer service I've ever had at a store in my life.. Mexican ladies that work are some the rudest people I've ever seen, lady raised her voice yelling at me, had me confused with someone else, kept telling me shes told me before but I haven't been to that store in years.. I will never set foot in store again and will tell everyone I see to avoid the store at all cost
