Highly disappointed in this store. Hugely disorganized, boxes and stuff everywhere. Yarn section a total nightmare. Asked for a certain yarn and the reply was "we don't know what's in those boxes". Staff was indifferent at best. Coming here was a colossal waste of my time. Won't be back.

Nice store. It is updated and has more products than the last time I was in about a year ago. The staff was nice and friendly.

They always have great customer service. The only thing that I was disappointed in was how dirty the bathroom was. Like they hadn't cleaned it for a month or more.

Nice big store with almost everything I needed when replacing the padding in some seats in a classic car, but the one thing that they didn’t have was a long shot for any fabric shop. The ladies I spoke with were helpful but it seemed like they were a little under staffed and with only one person to check out it took forever. I get it that everyone needs to save a few bucks and this place is all about the coupons but trying all the different options until you get the winning combination holds the line up.

Always clean and tidy...I would have given 5 stars except when the cashier came to help me in the paint station I asked her about neon paint and she told me I was just gonna have to look for myself...After I already spent 20 min looking by myself at first

Went last night and Cathy the manager was really rude and discriminating. All but laughed at my face because I was trying to return something. Return policy says return anytime she did not want to accept my return even though policy says otherwise. I do not know how she has a job in customer service when she herself is rude. Once I asked for a phone number for higher ups she laughed gave wrong number and said to report her. How is this acceptable to be treated by someone like this? I never felt judged by my background but the way she had her tone and just mocking and laughing acting like a little girl was really upset. I hope higher management does something because this is unacceptable.

It's a very fun store.lots of goodies to look at and to start a hobbie or add to one that has been started on already.

Mostly sewing and quilting materials however a few other options for hobbies. The employees are friendly however sometimes hard to find.

The staff wasn’t very helpful and Or friendly. The store was rather dark. The store also appeared to be quite messy. I’m giving it 3 stars because it did have all the items in stock that I came for.

Very helpful older man cashier told us where the stuffing for cushions was . Then stopped a stocker walking by the area - asked her the price as it wasn't on shelf she was super nice when told us a sale going on till mid September.
