“Funny story on my expericne at the Uhaul in Hemet, Ca as the associate was helping rent the truck I had reserved, in that moment there was a power outage, did she send me away with no truck? absolutely not the associate took out her phone connected to thier website and was able to process my rental, went completely out of her way even though the power outage could have been a reason to have said no come back later, she instead went out of her way!!! excellent customer service.”

I messed up and ran out of propane in the middle of the long Memorial Day Weekend, so I checked YELP and found Diamond Valley Propane. I called & left message on Sunday evening, and by Monday morning (on a Holiday no less), Harry called me and told me they'd be out the very next day to refill my tank (which was Tuesday).”
