if I can give 1 star I would I always shop target espec drive thru pick up my favorite normally no problems but today was the worst experience when I came to pick up my item the worker Jorge approached my passenger side window and in the process of me telling him to come to the driver side he started banging on my window with his scanner then he proceeded with an attitude to my driver side and asked for the code with an nasty attitude after given the code he just stood there so I asked fir my items and he said with a attitude that it would of been faster had I had an working window tried calling to report to the manager on duty but no avail will be contacting corporate

Maria provided great customer service to our family today. I am a veteran, and in the Target app, I was given 10% off for two purchases between 10/29 and 11/11. After my items were rang up, I wasn't sure if my 10% had been accounted for. Maria was kind and patient and said it hadn't been accounted for. She asked me to open the app, and she asked permission to touch my phone before she swiped and showed me where the offer had to be activated by me. Then she scanned the barcode in the app, and I saw the discount applied.I appreciate Maria's patience and respect. She didn't just put her fingers on my phone, she asked for permission. She's definitely a rare gem. When I left the store, I looked at my receipt and realized I had been charged twice for toilet paper, and we had only purchased one. I returned to the store (about three minutes later) and explained the situation. Customer service was efficient, and completed my refund since I was incorrectly charged for two.Thank you, Target, for allowing my family and I to purchase items in a clean store and feel respected while we did it. On another note, it was pretty cool to see the samples of cat food and chocolate being offered at the front of the store near produce. Thanks again.

Literally sent 2 hours trying to get a hold of someone in HR to ask about my application and when I finally got through they told me that they couldn't do anything over the phone. I've never had a problem applying to a target before until today was met with terrible customer service and the person who answered the phone was upset that my call finally went through. Come on target step it up!

I really like Target. The store is just my type of store to shop in. It's clean, it's neat, it has good options and the quality of a majority of their items are just ideal for me. Targhe' is definitely in my top 5 fav stores to shop in general.

I came here today while passing through to pick up a few items. The store overall was very clean and organized and easy to figure out where everything was despite the layout being different than my normal target. The cashier who helped me, Cari was extremely kind and quick at getting customers out. Even when a customer who was waiting next to her because she forgot her card was being irate and yelling at her she still continued to be professional and kind to the lady. The cashier handled the situation better than I ever would have, and it definitely deserved to be recognized!

I was charged a bag fee when I declined bags. I specifically told the clerk I want to decline bag fee, and she said she already took it off. I had her take back the one bag that was in my cart. I get home and discover the 10 cent bag fee.This is why I won't be ordering online anymore. It's a scam and a rip-off and when they continue to do this without letting the customer decline the fee at the time they are ordering online, they are raking in $$ from all kinds of people for bags they don't want and don't get.

Be careful buying gift cards here. I purchased a gift card for a Christmas present for my grandson, today we went shopping, he tried to pay with his gift card and there was no $$$. I paid $50. We never used it. I called the gift card customer service and they claimed I have to wait till next Tuesday. Thief's.

This target used to be amazing!! Now however, it seems they're alway low in stock on a lot of merchandise. The kids/ babies section is ALWAYS LOW ON STOCK OF THINGS. Baby food, for example is literally always empty. Mens deodorant is constantly low in stock as well. Another item, is medicines. Fix the stocking issue, and we're golden!

We love this Target. The store is always clean, relatively quick to checkout, friendly employees and a huge selection of products. My kids' favorite thing is the popcorn sold at the front of the store lol. This is our go to Target location.

Came to Hesperia Target 20 minutes before closing at 10pm on a weeknight with the intent to run in and out in 5 minutes. Doors were locked. Bad form.

This has to be the worst Target store i have dealt with. The last 2 online orders I have placed missed their 2 hour pickup windows by many hours. Both of these orders having to be picked up the following day. Today I tried calling the store 9 times only to have one call answered then they hung up on me with the remaining 8 never being answered. The shift supervisor that I spoke to when I got there to complain. Advised that they have been behind on orders and that there was nothing she could do. When I told her that I needed the dog food on the list I was told that the store was now closed. I arrived at 9:50pm but since I wasted time talking to her the store closed. Now at 10:29pm I get a message saying one of the items is unavailable. Looking online for somewhere to file a complaint with target corporate is just as easy as calling the store.

Worst company to work with or work under. They focus in ruining the personal lives of their employees and take advantage of their workers. Development programs are designed to "delegate" the work responsibly of management and fill up gaps of poor management hiring. Development is designed to give false hopes to workers so management can take advantage of them with out the pay raise. The employee turnover rate has increasingly gotten worse over the last year. They want open availability with fluctuating hours scheduled into it. One week you'll earn 40 hours and the next it's 15 hrs. No consistency and unlivable scheduling to employees. What's worse is the empty promises they will fuel you with Hope so management can then "encourage" to you work harder and dump you when your done. "Team" is a false word to make employees feel included to the development of the company. Most managers from the previous have left due to hostile work environment. Good employees are screwed over for working too good. Talk about toxic work environment. If you work there don't work past your wage not worth it. If you love brown nosing until your a fifty year old man to be a basic manager at a toxic work environment this is the place for you. ;)

If I have the extra time I like to check out the Super Target at least once if I'm near one to see what things they offer that mine doesn't. This parking lot is huge and east to find space. Location is clean and just as easy to find what you're looking for as any other. Service was friendly and I was on my way pretty quick.
