Older asian lady in there is It's beyond rude and disrespectful. It was completely unnecessary, given me the attitude that she gave me when just asking her to give me the price for a couple of items I brought in. I just don't understand why it was so inconvenient for her to value the the items I brought in when that's your job. And if you're reading this asian lady don't be surprised from people when you're met with the same rudeness and disrespect. Just let someone else talk to customers from now on. It'll be better for your business that way.Edit: Also I later went to To a different place afterwards and I come to find out that She was also dishonest about the weight of the item. Wonder if she knows receiving goods services or money by the act deception is illegal

they are by far the best, honest and fair business people in this industry i have ever dealt with. I had to pawn my wedding ring and move out of state in an emergency....they have done all that they can to assure that I have kept my ring and allotted the much time needed reasonably. She is thee best thank you I finally was able to afford to fly out and pick up my ring!!!! thank you from Ohio

This is the best place to go if you need to pawn or sell your scrap gold. They will work with you to sell or pawn. I've bought jewelry from them as well and I've always gotten a good deal. If you're looking for engagement rings I suggest you go there instead of wasting your money at Zales or Daniels.

Called this place and was told gold and jewelry only. No tools, no camera equipment, and no collectibles. Offered iPad but only the newest models so that was cool, at least she considered it or it was her way of getting me to stop by to see their inventory but at least she did that. Next to San Manuel.

My first time went pretty well toke mine and my husband's wedding rings. The lady helped us. The second time I went her son or who ever he is help me toke two 10 karat kid's ring and pair of earrings. The guy was not checking my stuff good and try to give me less for my earrings when they are a 14 karat gold. Went back to check because I told him too. Didn't appreciate that he was trying to give me less. But other then that very nice people good service. My stuff are still there can't wait to get them back.

Got some jewelry from this place for such a good price omfg. The people here are so nice and honest on GOD. Would 100% come back to buy more stuff. WAY better than every other pawn shop I've been to tbh. No one can beat their prices. Loyal customer right here!

Really good customer service. All the employees I've interacted with have been really accommodating and helpful! They have a wide variety of jewelry to look at, I ended up getting a really nice necklace that I adore. It is also conveniently located near Yaamava casino and resort, where I was staying.
