I don’t think I will take any of my cars or refer them out to my friends nor family, yes I got a semi good deal on new tires, but they broke my wheel lock key, scratched one of my rims, messed up my right signal light, and they wanted me to go back the next day to “get the tool” to break the other locks, I was thinking of doing the alignment with them, but I don’t want to take my cars there again, mind you , I had to pay $80 to another shop to break the wheel locks.

Left my husbands car in a worse condition then when we originally brought it in and they don't take any responsibility for their actions, terrible service!!

Amazing service here at TSR! Carlos helped me over the phone and answered all my questions. Jorge was the technician who serviced my vehicle and and diagnosed a CRACKED TRANSMISSION I’m just a girl I would’ve never known to look for that! Thank you so much for your hospitality and transparency! Definitely will be coming here again. The price was also very decent I didn’t feel “f’d” over..which is AWESOME!!

The repairs carried out on my vehicle were subpar, and the issues I initially brought in my car for were either not resolved or exacerbated. This lack of competence reflects poorly on the workshop's commitment to delivering quality service.Unethical Business Practices, Beyond the inadequate repairs, the workshop engaged in unethical business practices. There were instances of unnecessary replacements and repairs that seemed aimed at inflating the final bill. This blatant exploitation of customers' trust is both disappointing and unacceptable.Overcharging, The financial aspect of the ordeal was equally distressing. The workshop consistently overcharged for parts and services, and additional hidden costs were revealed only after the work was completed. This lack of transparency is not only unethical but also a breach of the trust customers place in such establishments.Poor Customer Communication, Effective communication is essential in any service-oriented industry, but this workshop failed to keep customers informed about the progress of repairs, delays, and changes in cost estimates. This lack of transparency further exacerbated the frustration and disappointment felt by customers.my experience with this car maintenance workshop was marred by poor performance, unethical practices, and a disregard for customer satisfaction. It serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking reliable automotive services. Had a bad night after work tired was slashed. This morning I drove over to see if they had a replacement tire and they did. The service was on point. Very friendly and understanding of what people are going through. I wasn't there no longer than an hour back on the road with a smooth drive. Thanks for taking care of my problem. I definitely will be coming back for years to come.

Honest Good costumer service and empathy it's a always good things to find in a business Jorge it's always been very Helpful with our needs our car was pick up from Wilmington Ca and he fixed everything with the towedtruck driver so the car can be brought to his shop to be fixed Thank you

Come here to TSR and avoid wasting hours waiting at American Tire Depot or other bigger companies. Support this amazing local business and get your car fixed quicker too!Jorge the owner and his team are very friendly and I highly recommend you visit this business!I had a flat tire and I was in a rush to get going to La area. I rolled in and even though the lot looked busy, they helped me out promptly and fixed my flat tire in less than 30 minutes.Their prices were very reasonable and they only charged $15 to fix my flat tire which was much better than waiting 2-3 hours which is how long American tire was quoting me.
