“This credit union is a "5" out of 5! caring, competent, friendly, efficient, and effective. Today, for example, the service was beyond my expectations. I had called 2 days ago and requested statements from closed accounts. today, I arrived at 4:45 pm with my family, who were warmly welcomed. before 5:00 pm, I left with 25 pages of statements, and Laura, head banker, even had a dispute form ready to be signed when I arrived!”

“Ethel was amazing! I've had chase bank for multiple years now, and I've never been so pleased .I went to make a claim on my account due to fraud and as we all know that's not a pleasant thing. Before I went to the branch, I called to make a claim over the phone a day before, and they took care of it, but I got charged again so I decided to go into the branch this time and I am so glad I did. “Love every aspect of this bank except one branch on Orangeburg Avenue and Oakdale Road in regards to the branch manager her responses were scripted and obtuse and she refused to acknowledge any new information and was being repetitive to shut down the conversation which was very petty and disrespectful for someone in charge of something so important as a Bank.”
