Best way to cancel your membership contract early without having to pay it off : call your bank and ask them to block 24 hour fitness from taking money out of your account. Works like a charm.

Staff is cool and always creates a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, will answer any questions and help you out no problem. Plenty of equipment and for the most part is in good condition, although it would be nice if there were some more benches and squat racks, as it gets a bit crowded at peak hours and sometimes you have to wait for a while. Parking is a pain in the evening because they share the lot with a restaurant, but there is a parking garage available, just don't park in it if you will be there for more than two hours. Otherwise great gym.

Never deal with a manager by the name of Kim at the Huntington Beach 24 Hour Fitness location. She was ride the entire time dealing with her. When I was charged a start up fee again after the pandemic and called in to let them know we are not planning on returning yet so to credit the account as we were never informed you would start back up charging again, not only would she NOT credit the money back, she told me that it was my responsibility to let them know I didn't want it. What? That's why I'm calling. She also said to me; "so it's okay for us to not charge you when your account is on hold but when we open back up, we can't?" First of all, we were not asked and we are not going in so when I call, you should credit it back since we didn't ask to reinstate it. I called her on July 7th and the charge was on June 6th so she said it was over a month so couldn't do it. Horrible management. She was rude and condescending the entire call. Avoid this place and definitely avoid her. I called to our local 24 hour fitness in Laguna Niguel and the manager had no issue doing the credit.

Pretty brunette girl with tattoos is pretty RUDE! This place would get a higher rating if it wasn't for her. When you enter the gym, she just ignores you and pretend you don't exist. Not even a simple "hello!" to greet you. Don't worry, I'm gay and I don't have a crush on her or anything for me to want to get her attention. It's just plain bad customer service. Her attitude each time just bothers me. If I was an owner of this establishment, I would fire her. Everyone else is pretty standard and nice.

i've been coming to this gym for a little over a year excluding COVID-19 -- with that being said i am currently training with Robert H. for personal training sessions and he is the most dedicated personal trainer that i've ever met. i have worked out with 2 before him and i have many friends who have become personal trainers but there's no one like Rob. He works with you as a client and anyone who's ever done training knows that it's a hard thing to become accustom to. He's made that process very easy because he works around your needs and his flexibility and resilience as well as his passion and communication shine through when he's your coach. I will always be grateful to have met such a dedicated and kind person like him. Thank you for listening

Equipment could use some updating and could have some pieces replaced. Lots of cleaning supplies is good. Have a lotore machine than other gyms.

First off just want to give a big thank you to Curtis (front staff) and Kim (manager) for being incredibly professional to me even though I was a relatively heated customer. Unfortunately I have moved to an area where a 24 hour fitness is no longer near by so I've opted to cancel my membership with 24. There were some issues with billing however when I cancelled online and it was just a simple honest mistake associated with what I claimed as unwarranted (TLDR: I cancelled my account, but have another person on my account, thought I cancelled their account as well, but accidentally cancelled a promotional offer) billing to my account to both Kim and Curtis but they were extremely accommodating enough to a point where honestly, prior to the encounter with them I told myself I was never going to obtain a 24 hour membership again; however Singlehandedly (or doublehandedly) they made me remember how accommodating the staff is when you just simply communicate the problem! Should I live near a 24 hour fitness again, I promise to be a returning customer. Thank you!

What can I say?..other than that I'm so glad Bella Terra is now open..I've been a member since its inception..when the pandemic hit..I had to find other alternatives ..for over a year..and I did..but when I came back to Bella Terra 24 Hr Fitness.I'm so glad I did..there seems to be a more positive vibe there..with everyone from Kim..the manager.. to the front desk workers Richard , DeVonte, and others..Kim, Richard, DeVonte go out of their way to greet and be more amiable to all of the members..I had trouble with my membership coming back after a year..but Richard, DeVonte , and Manager Kim went out of their way to make sure everything would be OK..and it was!..the Gym seems to be cleaner, more vibrant ,,than it was before..Showers, Locker Room, etc..are spotless..!...if there is ever a question..Kim and her staff always have positive answers..thank you kim and staff for the positivity you bring to 24 Hr Fitness Bella Terra..!! 24 hr fitness is convenient in regards to locations and hours available. The membership costs to me are a little high. I wish they would offer different types of memberships and tiers of accessibility. I don't want to have to pay for things such as the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and pool. I will never use those. Just a suggestion ??

Unbelievable this place is not 24 hours anymore. And they still get the payments from my credit card one year I've got no going, and every month they get more and more money. Definitely I’m going to cancel this membership. Ughhh.

Good not great. We're in the orange tier and the sauna/steam are still closed. The gym is relatively empty most of the time because why would you an extra pay a fee for amenities you can't use. It actually is quite nice without a mob in there all the time. An unexpected benefit.

The staff are all really nice, and it's always very clean and organized. Most of the people that go there are also very nice, great atmosphere overall.
