how are you gonna put your items on "sale" but really increase the price and then pretend to lower it ??? lol this place a joke. and then on top of that refuse to price match an item that was marked up like $70 more than it was supposed to be?? they have a sign saying something but they're saying something else and won't keep their word about what's on the sign. they don't honor their online prices. also bad service, workers had an attitude. you guys gone in a bit tho ;)

Bought some washcloths and they were garbage. Fell apart. Brought them to this store for a refund and they print a label to ship back and tells me I have to wait for the return and then get a refund. I had to wait 3 weeks to get the item now probably another 3 weeks to get a refund. I can see why this business is going under. Worst customer service. They use to have quality items, not anymore. Would give them a 0 if I could.

My online order was canceled and I received zero notice. I drove pretty far to pick up an item that I had purchased on cell. Denise and Nicole provided the best customer service. This is why I love to shop at bed bath and beyond.

This store says they price match but they will not honor their own prices online. Their manager told me that it's either the price on the shelf or their prices in their system and will not honor the price on their own online website. I really do not get it. I had to buy it in online when I'm already at their store and had to wait two hours for the order to be ready when the product is already in their shelf. Then they close in 51 minutes. Therefore, it's was the most inconvenient shopping experience, given I'm a VIP member. I will be cancelling my VIP membership for this reason and stick to Amazon.

Store is awesome. My kids were even saying it had so much selection. The staff members I did see working went out of their way to help other customers. BUT one ruined the bunch. She's tall with long brown hair. I asked for a holiday item that was clearly advertised in their mailer and the response was- sold out, and then a quick walk away. No attempt to look it up, gather more details about the product. Nothing. I walked two steps and there was the item I was looking for. Not sold out. And then as I wandered through the store, she attempted to look busy but wasn't doing much. Besides that regrettable experience, the store has so much to offer. Train the staff on better customer service and with your product line- the store would receive better reviews.

What I like best about this Chain is the 20% off coupons they have because they come in handy. They do curbside pick up within 1 hour too.
