SOOOOOOOO SAD!!! The company that took over - Nuzuna Fitness closed the doors on the studio without ANY notice to its patrons. All of a sudden closed and that's it. I can't believe how unprofessional this company is not notifying anyone of changes. I may have gone to another location but after not being notified I just can't support that business model. We will see if I get reimbursed for my monthly auto payment that got taken this month.

I absolutely love this place! A wide variety of different classes are offered with amazing instructors. The hot room is HOT! Which I love! The staff is incredibly friendly and facilities are very clean

I am new to the area and I tried many different yoga studios before settling on a permanent one. Glow Hot Yoga is the best in this area for sure! The staff and instructors are very friendly and make you feel at home right away. The other members are welcoming and friendly as well. They have many different class schedules and a variety of class options. The studio is in a beautiful location with plenty of parking and easy access. Give Glow Hot Yoga by Nuzuna a try you won’t regret it!

This studio is amazing. The instructors and management are exceptional and genunely care about the well-being of their clients. Try a class, it will be a valuable and healthy experience. The facilities are well kept, the heated floor helps with healing, and the waterfront view is relaxing.

I’ve been a member of GLOW for years now and feel that the NUZUNA ownership added a flair to the already welcoming environment of GLOW. Each teacher has their own unique energy and I feel rejuvenated (and super sweaty) after every class.Plus, the NUZUNA products have done wonders for my skin! I can’t wait to try the EMS training, too.Love, love, love this studio!

My life will be forever changed since my first yoga class here! My fav time of the week is being reminded "there's no wrong or rights in yoga, just a whole lot of right and lefts". Best yoga studio in orange county. The teachers are consistent, challenging, encouraging and always fun. The space is full of loving community and strong, practitioners. Great amenities, filtered water bottle refills, showers, hair bands, cubbies, props, the whole 9. Carol is so sweet and really gives the best energy in her classes. I always leave feeling confident and with a smile on my face. She is there to give you a good consistent workout, and to help burn those calories Carmela is an outstanding Hatha teacher, she uses intelligent cueing and compassionate words to get you into the deepest variation of the pose for your particular body. Karen is a good teacher, I personally do not vibe with her style and it really stresses me out that she doesn't end on time. (Is consistently 15 min over) however tons of people really enjoy her class, and rave about her hot Pilates, if you are into a faster style vinyasa, try her out. :) Kristian is a really great Hatha/vinyasa teacher. His cueing is really strong and easy to follow, lots of variations for all different bodies, super well rounded class. He knows exactly how to warm up the body at the beginning to make the peak pose/sequence really attainable and how to cool down the class in a symbiotic and relaxing way. I highly recommend. Joe is really fun, knowledgeable and strong. He will provide you with a slower paced, muscle strong, alignment class set to feel good music and some fun dialogue. He speaks really well to body autonomy as well as body anatomy which creates a really interesting and strong dynamic in his vinyasa class. You will sweat, and work hard...and it is totally worth the reward of how you will feel after savasana in one of his classes. Give this place a try, don't hesitate, just go! You will be grateful for the space. I guarantee it! I took the 2 week intro for $50 and then graduated to a month unlimited because it just was completely worth the $
