Currently 55 minutes into my visit at Quest. My appointment was 40 minutes ago and no one has come in or out of the back rooms for 35 minutes.I am beginning to believe everyone working here went home.Do. Not. Come. Here.

I was here yesterday (9/14/23). I made an appointment at 6:40am. I arrived and there were a few people waiting. I checked in via their check-in kiosk with my QR code. The whole process was nice and smooth. I recommend going early in the morning, if possible.

No one was at the check in window so I waited a bit. Then noticed the check in computer off to the side. Went to check it but because I waited 10 min it said I have to reschedule

They have no signs for their business, just signs redirecting people across the street to labcorp. Then when you are late you cannot reschedule or sign in for walk in. They have no front desk staff.

Main St is my go-to location for blood tests. Staff have always been courteous and the phlebotomist has always been excellent. Pain free and timely visits keep me going back when I need a blood test.

Please do not take your child here for a blood draw. They should not accept appointments for children if they are not qualified and they should not even attempt to do a blood draw if they are uncomfortable doing it. After multiple unsuccessful attempts three employees walked out of the room with a "sorry" and locked themselves in an office. There were no further instructions given and when I went to ask if there was a place they would recommend we take our daughter that works with kids I was screamed at through plastic. I get it, you felt bad that you made a baby cry and were unsuccesful at completing your job. The last thing you should do is YELL at a parent who stayed calm during the whole ordeal and was simply asking a question.

No human to help you check in or talk to. Came in at 7am and the machine said the earliest time that they can take me as at 10:30 a.m. while fasting! Waiting room looks like a holding prison area! This place is devout of humanity. Very cold and dreadful feeling.

Very efficient registration. Didn't even have a appointment and I still got in and out fast. Phlebotomist named Yeh was swift and skilled.

If you can finally figure out how to get to a human, you have made a huge step. A very non-descript building with a virtually non working elevator. Good luck figuring out which door to go into. There are three with their name on it but wrong- it's door #4 that says exit! Make sure you bring your paperwork with the QR code. There isn't a receptionist anymore! There's a kiosk without any directions of what to do. This is so dystopian! Most people coming in are there for a once trip - drug testing for a job, DUI or your doctor wants you have some tests done. You will not remember what to do next time your there. It won't matter. They will have skinnied down more services that would have made your experience with them better. They don't care! BTW - ppl working there are all very nice but just rats on the wheel.

This 5 star review might be an exception to all the negative reviews left by the majority here, but I seriously need to give a shout out to Maria. I ended up passing out at the tail end of my blood draw and she was SO kind, patient, and caring. She got me wet paper towels for my clammy face/neck and fanned me until I was revived LOL. Maria never made me feel bad or embarrassed that it happened, and instead making sure I was 100%. Yes, it can be a little off putting by the check-in kiosk and no front office person around to help. As long as you confirm your appt beforehand online and bring your QR code, ID, and insurance card (if using insurance) then the whole process took 2 minutes. Thank you Maria, you the real MVP!
