Location is sketchy AF. Pharmacy always understaffed. Took forever to figure out why app and store info is different. The answer: the computer system is about 30+ years old and the new app and the store computer system don't jive. Now they added delivery fee for mail order refills and increased rx cost. Amazon for repeat refills maybe something I'll try.

Would give a 0 if possible. Slow slow slow. Pharmacy registers are painful slow and there is no urgency whatsoever. Just laugh and chat with each other

They are kay but it seems like the wait for the pharmacy can take a while and the medicines are not always available.

Pharmacy open 24 hours. Review done for Tuesday, February 20 to Wednesday February 21, 2024 (midnight, in between both days). I called the pharmacy to make sure they were open, the pharmacist picked up, a very polite young lady. I went to pick up my meds, there was one lady pharmacist alone (same as on the phone), she was very polite and explained the medication patiently. Being so late I did not expect the great treatment I received. I will change my prescription here. I would have liked to write the review with her name but the receipt didn't have it and I didn't ask her while I was at the pharmacy. Reason to add the date and time, hopefully her supervisor can see this. It's 1:30 am, I am sleepy, but I didn't want to forget leaving this review.

This is the WORST pharmacy- avoid at all costs! Prescriptions are never ready (on several occasions), the staff is indifferent, and the chairs in the waiting area are so filthy & gross (it is a bad sign that they have a waiting area to begin with). I would worry about catching an illness when coming here as you are set aside for a lengthy wait among people coughing, sneezing and spreading germs all around you. In fact, you should only come here if you WANT to get sick. Otherwise, go to another pharmacy!

I rarely leave a bad review, but this should just be a warning for anyone needing to go to this pharmacy... As stated by numerous earlier reviews, the customer service in the pharmacy is horrible. The two gentlemen I dealt with were rude, and refused to do a simple check to electronically confirm a prescription that would literally have taken 30 seconds max to confirm but they just wanted to argue with me. I will only use this place when I need something off hours but that is it. Horrible service...

Avoid this pharmacy! We were referred to this pharmacy by the hospital to pick up our elderly family members medications prescribed by the emergency room. When we went to pick them up the pharmacy wouldn't release them. I suggest not using this pharmacy for anything. They will over-ride your physicians orders and not fill prescriptions. They are really weird about prescriptions and are in the wrong business.

Pros: Open 24 hoursCons: Pharmacy extremely understaffed. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait. Have been here multiple times because it is open 24 hours and each time I say that I should just wait for another pharmacy to open.

35 min rd car in drive thru line, takes about 15 min for each car at the window. be prepared to wait!

The manager at the store is so out of touch with reality they've got this old Asian woman who can barely speak English working the register and she takes 10 to 15 minutes with each customer so if there's five customers in line you're talking about standing there an hour and they won't open any other check stamps what they're doing is catering to her instead of catering to the customer they've got to be losing millions of dollars because of this I left I stood there 20 minutes and I left this is the third time I've had to walk out of that store in the last 2 weeks it's pathetic you'd think she was there socializing. You got to wait on a customer in a minute or less it shouldn't take longer than that everything's computerized

The store is disgustingly filthy. Unfortunately my pharmacy is closed so I had to come here. The pharmacy tech is very rude and condescending. I asked her several questions her answer is "I don't know " with a snotty little attitude. Said it will be 2 hours to fill my prescription, because they are busy. Hmmmm. No one else is here.

I’m sick of the poor customer service at this location. Prescriptions only get filled when you harass them and they treat you like you’re the problem, not the customer. Slavish had the audacity to get nasty with me, telling me “it’s not my problem” if I have to wait in line again (20 minutes). They’ve had the prescription for 7 hours and couldn’t manage to fill it. I’ll take my business elsewhere despite being a customer for 18 years.

I feel unsafe coming here. Not only that, the worst customer service. Came in last night for a cold sore cream, the signs said to see Cashier. Brought it up to the cashier, she kept saying ‘I don’t know’ as if those were the only English words she knows. Then sent me back to the isle, an older asian lady worker acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. Without even checking, she said it’s out of stock then walked away. Lol. Called back and talked to a ‘shift lead’ Ashley, without even checking or acknowledge poor service, transferred the call to Pharmacy without any warning?? How are you even a lead?? Called back again and spoke to a Kathleen, wow just the fact that she acknowledged the poor service and asked how she can make it better..showed that she cares. Can’t imagine how the other 3 would treat someone with disabilities, old age etc. Thank you Kathleen for being a true leader. The other 3.. y’all need Jesus ?
