Don’t go to this branch teller and management very rube and unprofessional teller needs more customers service skills as well the manager. Worst customer service you can get bankers are never helpful they only tell you to go to the chase app/ call customer support

No because i really never waste my time with reviews unless I have to. If you’re in the area and you are trying to make a large withdrawal I advice you to instead visit the gage location. Here’s why, as I entered I noticed they did not have any withdrawal slips available. While I looked for the slips, I can see from my peripheral vision, 2 available bank tellers (customer service representatives). This location was not busy at all at this time it was 3:00pm, I then got in line and I was next. The customer rep “Araceli”, immediately had a negative attitude. She was rolling her eyes and scuffing as if it was the end of the world that she had to assist a customer. She asked me what can she do and I said I am here for a withdrawal. She then asked if I had my debit card and I said yes. She then said, enter your debit card, I did and then I entered my pin. While I am doing this I can see the other customer rep looking over with a rbf. She then asks “ how much would you like to withdraw?” And I had no choice but to give her the amount out loud. I asked her, do you not have a piece of paper or ? she said WELL YOU CAN GO TO AN ATM MACHINE. Ma’am, if I wanted to, I would, but I didn’t …sooooooo. I immediately said “no”, to her, she rolled her eyes again and then caught an attitude. “I was just saying (rolls eyes). I told her no again and said you can finish my transaction. She then finish the transaction, counts the money 3x (maybe she has messed up in the past that she needs to count it 3x idk) and then asks if I need an envelope. I took my envelope and my money and left.I get it, people have bad days at work but if someone walks in and has done nothing to you then maybe you should learn to leave your personal life at home and don’t bring it with you to work.At the Gage location they have withdrawal slips, the tellers are bilingual, they have friendly and approachable attitudes, respect privacy and you don’t have to ask for things because they are already thinking 2 steps ahead to ensure your safety and confidentiality when you withdraw cash. As it should be since it’s a BANK.

This was my first open A checking account here and I was supposed to get 250 on my first direct deposit which I never received and I to this bank and I made the biggest mistake of my life coming here not only were they rude they didn't even want to help me out with me problems I had when I can in He said there was nothing he could do about it And to come tomorrow to try it again And I was just about to leave He never turn on the computer and then He told me that the promoDoes not qualify because it was made though paypal I told him well that how my boss pays me im going to open an account else where

My first bad encounter at this location was trying to open up my student checking account, when I showed up they said to do it online and clearly didn’t work. Next I had to set an appointment and that gave me a 2 week delay because their employees do not help. Now i’m dealing with the ATM eating my check and not allowing my deposit to go through. I spoke to an employee and received no help. I will now not be going to this location anymore.

Only care about opening new accounts. Not willing to help people with actual issues. Dude helping nobody told me he had an appointment at 3 and is waiting for the new account to come. It’s 320 and still hasn’t tried helping anyone.

I enjoy coming here weather they are open or closed. They have not 2 but 4 atm's to use. They also have accommodations for those in wheelchairs they provide a larger area with tinted windows for protection from sun at Atm The parking is huge here it can get busy , none the less when I habe walked inside and gotten help. Inwas assisted immediately.

I had the best experience at this bank...today I was helped by the assistant branch manager by the name of (Maricela O) she was so helpful to me I didn't have a appointment because I didn't know I had to have one...she took me in she helped me with my small but minor problem she was really nice and polite and I so appreciate her for that. If you guys ever need help she is the one to go to...I can't thank her enough!!!!!!
