The new Calzone stuffed pizza was advertised to have herb ricotta in the cheese but the pizza I was given had none whatsoever only mozzarella.

I placed an order that they had on the window of the carry out special, but I could not add anymore toppings. Why not? I don't know. I placed the same order online, and it was taking it with extra topping. I know it is more money and I don't mind paying for more. I spoke to the assistant manager in charge at the time, and boy, she was rude. Papa John's doesn't have any checks and balances in place. I filed a complaint with the corporate office that referred it to the franchise. I received an email with the managers number and an apology. The manager wanted to talk to me, but it was just a lie. I called and texted the manager, and I never received a response. Papa John's is my favorite pizza when it comes to the competition between Pizza Hut or Domino's. This is the second time I have gotten bad management service. For this reason, they have lost a customer for life.

Call center times are completely off. I was told my order would be done in 15 minutes. I come in 20 minutes after and I still have to wait another 25

I love Papa Johns. Personally depends who makes it of course. Going in person is slow. Takes up like 5 mins to wait depending on the busy hours.I order it online , papa John app.You can pay it in person. ??

I'm not happy with the food, I paid for pepperoni and sausage. Got just a pepperoni pizza. My 16-piece garlic parmisan wings had almost no parmisan, n they wrapped it in 2 pieces of aluminum foil opened in the bottom n all garlic juice fell onto box n spilled on my car seat. Wings were dry... first time buying Papa Jhons n was very unhappy for what I paid... Workers don't look happy to be there. It shows in the service given n preparation of the food I received was very poorely...

Becareful when you are buying pizza here late at night. Always be alert. Last Thursday night I witnessed a suspicious man rush inside this papajohns and robbed a pizza from a female employee. He escaped by running all the way to miles. Police came 10 minutes later, which is good, but I have no idea why this shopping center where the papajohns is at has no security late at night but in the mornings they have security.

Boneless BBQ wings with barely any BBQ. Manager says that's how they come and can't do anything about it. If the website displayed them like this I would never order.

Papa johns pizza is my preference , when it comes too Pineapple and pizza . I've also tried the Chocolate chip round pizza . Good rich melt .
