Great customer service. Prices on storages are very inexpensive. As soon as I walked in the guy was very greeting full. All questions that I asked were answered very well. He explained all the rules, showed me storages in person to see which one fit what I was looking for and , let me know when my payment was due. I would recommend this storage company to my friends and family.

The storage Facility is nice and the Courtesy call they do on your last day to pay before you Acquire late fees is awesome.

I’d also like to say I appreciate I’m notified for holidays or whatever the yearly calendar and the heads up for any new issues. I thank God cause you have been the low price leader on your rental unit. The storage war is real! They are so pricy! I’m happy that I’ve been with you for all the years. I’m happy with my storage Thank you for good experiences.

I'm completely satisfied with my storage unit. I've been storing here for about 7 years and not once had a problem. Management and facility is A+ I would definitely come back if needed.

AAA storage in indio is the best storage I have been inn they keep everything neat and clean and they are there all the time to take care of you on any situation or questions you have im glad i chose AAA storage of Indio. Araceli help me out very much.

II've needed to rent a storage unit for a total of about 20 years . This is the only place I've rented from that thoughts and practical considerations about my physical safety when going there was never mentioned. At every other place it was an issue. My man insisted he go with me because; "Your'e not safe there."At other places there was theft. I know this because the victims told me themselves.There is only one main reason there could be such a difference between this storage place and all the others that I have rented space from (8 is my last count). That is the management. The management here is consistent, reliable and protective. The current manager (July 2023) is the only person I've met here. His wonderful personality and professional manner made my experience here excellent.

My daughter Amanda Zeller & I rented a storage unit here for 6 years. It is a very convenient & safe location, with large units and helpful staff. The only problem was sand (common in the Coachella Valley) easily got into the locked unit. We would definitely rent here again should the need arise.

This is a great storage facility. I had a unit for 12 years and never had any concerns or issues. The managers are fantastic and communications are excellent. I highly recommend this facility.
