The lady with the blonde hair Alexis is a racist off top she had a bad attitude and she did everything else except for what I came for just so she can tell me I'm denied when I never asked for my credit too be run because I was not applying for the type of loan that she applied for she was even annoyed with the manager for still trying to assist me so too all my black people stay away from this location cuz the attitude that she going to give you is not worth the B.S and I'm not saying this just because she didn't give me anything it's her whole body language and attitude that gave bias

Horrible customer service. The employees don’t even have the common courtesy to greet anyone and let them know they might wait a long while. I understand that they could be short staffed but it doesn’t hurt to smile and be more inviting!
