Daniel and Adam were exceptional customer service reps they went above and beyond helping me suit my needs they were very compassionate helpful and understanding of my needs very professional at all times and very polite I've never dealt with such pleasant experience when dealing with the storage company they definitely were overachievers and deserve all the great things that hopefully their company gives them.

Customer service was great love it. But once I entered my ac unit it was pretty warm inside I just hope next time I go in it won't be warm cause I am paying extra for ac storage.

No hassle, I was even able to rent my unit on a Sunday. Great hours and an option to get 24 hr access for $30. more per month.

Do not get a storage here !I REPEAT DO NOT GET A STORAGE HERE! They cut off my friends lock to her storage unit put a new one and sayin they have no clue how it happened ! They need a warrant to check the cameras but they didn’t need a warrant to Cut off her lock and put a new one and on top of that don’t even bother calling the person who owns the storage unit to let them know. And all the valuable stuff is stolen and gone! There is also other reviews saying the same thing. I’m pretty sure they’ve been doing this for years and getting away with it!
But their day is coming !!

DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR ITEMS! THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS & OR BELONGINGS. The business is to store personal items yet they have NO clue what happened to all of my belongings?? They rented my unit to someone else?!? The unit was full of my items, how does this happen?? The manager, Capri is clueless and the district manager, Cindy even moreso. They don't have 24hr surveillance and have no measures in place to know who entered my unit and took ALL my belongings. They're unwilling to even review the camera footage that they do have and told me that they are not investigators! Just file a claim they said, REALLY, Where are my belongings?!?! That was everything I had, everything, all my child's important milestones, baby book, photos, every piece of furniture I owned, all my clothes, shoes, etc.
It's Gross Negligence!! I can only hope they lose everything themselves so they can understand how I feel. I've used storage facilities to store my personal items for over the past 20 years and have NEVER had anything remotely close happen. Get your shit together or get out of business. Save yourself & your items and find another, more reputable facility, one that actually cares about you and your stuff. One that has 24hr surveillance and one that actually helps you in the event something terrible happens on their property on their watch while you pay them!!!

I stored my boat & jet skis here for months trying to sell them. This place was super clean and I always felt like my stuff was safe here. I heard horror stories on places like this making it difficult to cancel the contract but it was very smooth. No extra fees of any kind. 5 stars !

Our RV got stolen, when I went to the office with the manager and look for videos, half of your cameras don’t work. My father-in-law had boat there And his stereo and batteries were stolen as well. Worst place to keep your property.

This is an excellent storage facility. All paved roads, clean, and easy to access. The reservation and check-in process was an easy process and the staff were very courteous and helpful.
