My parents and I have a lot of units here as convenient as it is the main person who lives and takes care of the business for the owner is Awful... she rude and always has something to say about something, what ok for someone else to do is not ok for another to do, my dad and I were unloading one day after an event we did and saw her drive passed someone 4 times doing something different each time by there storage unit just looking at these customer moving things around and fixing a bike or something even myself I was getting irritated for the couple I honestly felt it was very uncomfortable and uncalled for. Like I said my dad and I have many units here the company i work for also has units here and I've never seen her ask this way at all.. I'm very disappointed that anyone would do that to anyone like and make them feel like outsiders it was awful

totally incompetent not only incompetent but condescending a****** their business plan includes screwing you if you are located far away they also ignore the law, but that is what crooks and assholes do if you have some worthless stuff you might consider dropping it off here and save the cost of carting It to the dump. seriously, this place sucks. your stuff might be more secure if you just dumped it in the desert

The staff is always there to answer any questions. So polite and courteous. The manager there knows every tenant by name and has a real passion for people.
