This is the best beauty supply store for black women. The customer service is impeccable. The store is beautiful and caters to your every need. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and given complimentary champagne. I was given a tour of the store and I was educated on all the black vendors and the benefit of their products. My daughter received a complimentary make-up tutorial and I shopped til I dropped. I was told that the Hawthorne location will soon have a Cafe that offers healthy snacks, small plates, and delicious coffee! This spot is perfect and I will be going here for all my beauty needs.

I loved my experience at Glow and Flow. Diann is the best! The atmosphere is amazing! I spent a few hours shopping and talking about the products and the store. I will definitely be a regular shopper.

I went to the store today 01/19/2025 on a Sunday around 11:28am. I had a major break down because I had salon pro hair removal oil all over my head. I spend all through the night soaked in the shower trying to get this thing off!. I even slept with my hair full of grease!. I called the next day and saw that glow+flow beauty store as great reviews and I wanted to know how to get this off me my head. I met this very wonderful and kind woman that showed me this product called lemon fluff. I was so happy that she knows her stuff. She saved me from a special day tomorrow that I have to go to. I’m so thankful that we have educated black women that have their own business. Thank you so much my sweet friend I will be attending back to your store.

I visited the previous beauty supply store years ago, but unfortunately moved to the Valley. Beauty supplies are few and none where I currently live, so when I was in the area I decided to stop back in to grab so essentials. And I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the staff Yordanos who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’d know Yordanos from my last visit and she is always so caring and helpful. The store had an extensive range of products, catering to every beauty need imaginable. Whether you're a skincare enthusiast, makeup lover, or haircare aficionado, they have something for everyone. Often times I cannot find every single thing I need at one location, but at Glow and Flow everything I need is on hand! The layout was clean and organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Plus, the prices were reasonable, and they even had some great deals and promotions going on. They even carry their own brand of braiding hair which is super soft and very easy on the hands when using. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Glow and Flow, and I can't wait to go back for more beauty essentials!
