We are a small business and never received such great attention as we receive from this bank. We have been with them for years since a large bank booted us during the great recession, even though we had a strong balance sheet. I cannot say enough about how great the customer service and care has been at Commercial Bank.

Terrible customer service!!! A person name, Brian is absolutely horrible. I have never been treated this way by anyone. This guy is rude, I could go on and on. He treats people horribly.

I Got a phone call from Brian today. I have never ever in my entire life been treated this way by anyone. This guy treated me like garbage when I have been a client for 1 year on a auto loan, not only making my payments on time the entire term but also paying more than my minimum payment. This guy need to get fired ASAP!!!
