I had gone to one Fed Ex location to get a specific box and they told me to try another location. I called ahead of time to see and they also did not carry it, but they gave me the number to this location and said that they might have it. I tried called 4 times, and the phone line wasn't working, or no one picked it up. At this point I was frustrated because I now had to drive 30 min away to see if they had the box and I wasn't even sure they would. I sat in traffic to get there and then when I got there, the female at the front told me they did not carry it and I would have to order it online. Which I tried to do from my phone, but I could not, and ended up calling the Fed Ex customer service line and they said I had to call the next day to talk to the account registration. I gave up after that and decided to have a someone else mail what I needed to. But honestly I'm mostly upset that they could pick up the phone... or fix the phone.

It's a small location but what do you expect inside a hotel. Yes they give you free 30 minutes parking but if you go over that they will validate for free you drama queens. Workers in here are exceptional.

The Fedex facility here rejected my package leading to it getting broken. The TV arrived broken 16 days after the delivery date promised. 10 Calls and 35 days later - they deny my claim due to "insufficient packaging". Guess what - it was packaged using the recommended padding provided by Fedex. Yes - they denied the claim because they believe their own packaging isn't "sufficient to adequately protect" the contents...well that says something. At least I am learning how to be better at my job.

Absolutely ridiculous that you would allow one customer to use your only printer/copier for over an hour an a half! There should be a limit. Other people would like to use it too! Or get more than one. Not impressed at all.

This place is super tiny but the service packs a wallop! I've had some emergency shipments and the gal at the service desk has been able to handle all of my last minute crazy shipments. Fives stars for her!!! I can tell that they get really busy and can maybe function better with one more person during peak hours. However the solo gal handles stressful situations like a pro despite the lack of staff. I will keep coming to this location for the service!

This was the first time that I visited this FedEx office! I wish I would have written down the young man's name that helped me because he was very friendly and extremely helpful! I will be doing my shopping at this office from now on!
