Buyer beware if you go to this location. Took my car here two months ago for an oil change, then had issues with my engine and when I took it to the mechanic, they said there was zero oil in my car and I was only halfway through my oil change. The mechanic said they either didn't put enough oil or they never did the oil change. That's why my engine died. Tried to get this resolved with the owner for the last 10 days and have gotten zero responses after multiple phone calls

I went in to this Jiffy Lube for the first time. I was greeted by one of the men on the floor, Carlos. He displayed some of the most exceptional customer service I have ever encountered. He was not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable and explained to me what the numbers and letters showing on my dashboard meant. Throughout the visit it seemed like he was going the extra step just to ensure that my customer experience was a pleasant and memorable one. Not to completely disregard or disrespect his coworkers but I saw how they were interacting with customers vs the way I was being treated and it was night and day. They weren't rude by any means but seemed to be just doing their job. Carlos sounded like he was a manager or executive with his confidence and how eager he was to help. I am nobody special nor was I dressed up anything beyond casual but I felt like a VIP. They need to find a way for Carlos to train and teach new employees to be as good. Thanks Carlos for making a mundane task like an oil change into a positive interaction that I'm happy to spread the word about. Hope your bosses notice

This place has terrible customer service! I went in twice to try and get service while 1 employee stared at the compute and the other in the office on her phone. Neither one acknowledged the customer. At first i thought they may have been busy but as it's the second time going with the same results. I now know it the norm. Find another lube place for car service!!!

The worst experience with an oil change ever. Waited to be greeted for about 20 mins, then waited another 20 mins for them to pull my car in but instead they pulled in someone else’s car who showed up way after me becuase the bay was open. So the guy that just showed up got to roll right in while I had been waiting for 40+ mins. The technician that was working on the car in front, big fat guy was just on his phone the whole time not doing anything and holding up the line. The other techs kept asking him to put in the tires and he just stood there. The tech that worked on my car said he checked the battery which he didn’t, said he washed windows which he didn’t, said he went over services with me which he didn’t. Didn’t check most of the things that’s the service said was checked. And truck is leaking oil now on my driveway, after taking it to another shop they said there’s a crack in my oil pan??? How come no one told me when they were under it? My mechanic said they may have caused it and not said anything about it, so now I have a busted oil pan on my truck? The last places I took my truck never said anything about a crack and now i take it there and there is one showing?

Few months ago I had an oil change on my car at this location and I remembered when the mechanic saw me the air and cabin filters the air was ready to be replace so I said ok and the cabin was still in very good condition so I said no to this. I left this location with oil change and new air filter and a few days after my car smelled awful. I keep cleaning my car often but smells didn't go away and I began feel was something fishy with the cabin filter since was at this location. Today I went for a oil change and the new mechanic saw me a cabin filter, full of bugs,smaller and he said it needed to be replaced. This was not my old in good condition cabin filter because I bought it on my own and I got the best quality at the time. I m not questioning this mechanic was taking it out from my car today however ; somehow in the previous oils change this cabin filter was switched Be aware if you use this location and ready to have someone inspection your car after services just to be safe.

Be sure to check their work. They filled my windshield washer receptacle with water assuming I wouldn't check. Unfortunately for them I did check. When I brought it to their attention they attempted to convince me their wiper fluid is very diluted. Seriously!?! It was clear! Not even a hint of blue. Once they figured out I wasn't buying their line of BS they added the blue wiper fluid. Just crooked!

This morning I stopped in for a car wash, and while there I asked if they do brake pad replacements. The mechanic, Jose I believe, took a look over them and stated that the brakes were still in great condition. About 6 months ago, I had purchased tires at a different store and was told I needed new brakes at my next oil change. So despite having been totally willing to spend money based on what someone had told me, Jose was kind enough to look over the breaks for free and told me that they were still fine with plenty of miles left on them. This level of professionalism and respect for clients is highly appreciated, and shows the level of care the staff have for even non-paying clients. I have come to this facility for years for routine car services, and after today will be coming for years more, and recommending them to anyone who needs even an oil change. Great job!

I came here around 9am Wednesday morning just for a quick oil change and new brake light, but what I thought was going to be a quick in and out service became an all-day headache of mysterious car problems. After dropping off my car for my services, I waited in their waiting room for about half an hour until a mechanic came in and asked for the owner of the Ford escape- me. He informed me they had finished the services, but were unable to get the car to start. Upon further inspection they had somehow forced my car into "Vehicle Transport Mode," disabling the car's ability to drive. I had never seen my car do this in the several years I've had it.No one in the entire Jiffy Lube could figure out how to fix the issue they had caused, so I called my Ford dealership service dept manager who informed me "they had to have been seriously messing with the car's computer system for that to happen on accident. You'll need to get it towed to the nearest dealership." Great. So, I call a tow truck and am quoted an hour and a half wait. I'm upset, confused and worried about my car- now that it's stuck in a mysterious "transport mode" that I'd never seen happen before ever. What's even more upsetting is that no worker would take accountability on messing up my car to the point where it wouldn't drive, wouldn't recognize my ford key, and wouldn't turn on. Seriously? And the kicker- they still asked me to pay $104 for my services as my car was currently stuck in the service bay, unable to drive, despite everything working completely fine when I drove it up an hour prior. Absolutely ridiculous.As I'm waiting for the tow truck to come, anxious about what they might have done to my car to get it into this state, a mechanic comes in and tells me that my car is now stuck in the bay. What?? He explains to me that the brake mechanism in my car is jammed and the car won't go into neutral for them to push it out in the parking lot for the tow truck to come get it. So now, my car won't turn on, won't drive, won't recognize my key and now the brakes are jammed?? So, I call the tow company to inform them of the updated situation to which they cancel my towing request saying they won't be able to tow the vehicle until it's clear from the service bay. Fantastic. It's now 11:30am and I've been here two hours longer than I wanted to and now I have no tow truck coming and no idea of what to do. I tell the staff they need to get my car clear from the bay for the tow company to come to which they say they can't because it's a liability for them and they need the tow truck to be able to clear it. Talk about a catch 22.About a hour or so later, they're finally able to clear it by forcing my car into neutral and potentially screwing up my transmission. I call for another tow truck which arrives two hours later. The Jiffy Lube staff then tells me my car's battery is now dead too. Amazing. The jiffy lube staff says it may have been a battery issue this whole time and that I should possibly replace it. Tow truck arrives and jump starts my car. The battery is fine. The vehicle is fine- it recognizes my keys, no vehicle transport mode, nothing. Just completely normal again, suddenly, after 6 hours.As I got into my now functioning car, the staff shouted at me to "come again!," as they would love to service me again some time. So disrespectful and incredibly irritating after my entire day was spent spiraling about what they did with my car for this to have happened. I had to cancel my entire day's plan as a result and after all of this- THEY STILL CHARGED ME for my oil change and brake light. I will NEVER be back here ever again, nor will I ever step foot in another Jiffy Lube for the rest of my days. I also caution everyone to stay away, because evidently they have no idea what they're doing.
