All this studio cares about is money. The peace and love that they preach is all a marketing scam. If you want a workout go to Radiant, but if you want authenticity and true yoga please go somewhere else!!!

Radiant is amazing, walked in here 2 years ago and I was so cocky having never done yoga before. Well it's the most humbling place ever and the instructors owner are world class Darlene, Sklyler, Savanna , Ashlee and Tiffany and all are just incredible. It's the most challenging thing I've ever done and I absolutely love it! Brutally Amazing!

When I first started going here I would've gave it a rating of five however during the last year I've experienced nothing but pushback from Darlene. My girlfriend and I joined up for a Groupon and we liked it in 2019 after the classes were done we wanted to continue the experience so we bought a package of 15 classes $250. We used five out of of the classes and unfortunately Covid hit. We purchased a package deal at the Irvine location. I have been going back-and-forth with Darlene inquiring about a refund unfortunately she is telling me that she cannot provide me or us with a full refund of the balance of the classes because We bought a package deal. And if I cancel the package deal then I have to pay full price as if I was a walking. She's only willing to give us $50 back. It doesn't make sense it's an unfortunate situation that Covid hit for businesses and for us as well. She clearly doesn't care about anyone but herself. You would think that she would compromise and refund us the money and say once the facility opens back up please come back. We are all struggling at this time. I also looked on the Better Business Bureau and there's the same type of comments of people not getting a refund I think this is very unprofessional and very self-centered of her to do this to her clients. This is really poor business practice. Even when and if the Irvine location opens up again I have such a bad taste in my mouth it's not gonna be enjoyable.

Sadly I liked going here although it's very expensive and I was gifted a 15 pack of classes valued at $300. When the pandemic hit, they closed twice and in between the times they were open I was there using my classes. The second time they opened they sent an email saying that all the previous class passes that had expired weren't able to be used (mine expired while the studio was closed of course). I had 7 classes left and LOST them! I called and they said I had to buy more classes (specifically another class pack) in order to get my classes back. $300 is already a lot of money to pay for classes! I understand the business is hurt but I also lost 7 classes and that's no way to treat a customer. Other yoga studios in the area (SweatStar) did not handle the pandemic like this and my friends that go elsewhere were shocked. They lost a customer in me.

I love this place!!! My first time ever doing Yoga was at Radiant in 2019. I was hooked. The place has such a nice vibe and all of the instructors are amazing. I've taken Darleen's class only once and she was excellent. I tried other hot yoga places but nothing compares to RHY. The heat, the flow, the holistic approach... etc is just great. This is where I went to recharge and I miss that. Can't wait to go back.

Not a good representation of a yoga studio. Darlene's number one priority is money for herself. She does not honor her promotional deals and keeps her customers money even during this sad pandemic. Any feedback on customer service is responded to in a rude and snooty tone. She's all about the money instead of customer service. Beware if you are looking for a place with positive vibes, I'd suggest another yoga studio. She has no concept of how to treat her customers or best business practices. She plays victim, takes her customers money with no flexibility during the pandemic, and then flaunts her Cabo vacations on social media. Not really yogi like.

Awesome customer service ! Excellent attentive teachers ! I love them because they are so upbeat and positive!! Thank you Darlene for all you do to add the next level that we all look for in a studio and that's the feeling of family :):)

Scam!!! Buyer beware. Don't pay in advance. This Yoga Studio ignores any communication. You can't call or get a reply via email or text. They are dishonest. I have been trying to contact them for months. Scammers. I prepaid and they stole the money.

Purchased 50 classes from studio pre-COVID. Still have 46 classes left and they're set to expire in November 2020. They did nothing to extend the expiration date (even though they were closed for months). Pretty much just wasted hundreds of dollars. Word of advice, don't buy any classes from them if you don't want to be scammed.

Very caring environment providing a nice clean space. Everyone works so hard while taking the time to make sure everyone feels welcome.

Radiant has done a wonderful job ensuring a safe yoga environment with the new parameters that have been put in place. I tremendously missed the studio hot yoga workouts when we were locked down as at home practice just isn't the same. I love this studio and especially Ashley's class! Ashley has awesome energy, great music, and her messaging and mantras really hit home with me to complete my workout from a physical, mental, and emotional stand point. Thank you Radiant and thank you Ashley.

I did not like it here. I've done hot yoga before but this was unbearable. The studio was tiny and packed full of people. The heat was so extreme I couldn't even focus. The instructor was YELLING at us "come on Irvine you can do it!!!!!" The music was POUNDING. Not at all what I was expecting from a yoga studio. It is not "flow" or relaxing or meditative or healing in any way. I'm sorry, but this is not yoga. I like a good hot sweat, but this is basically a HIIT cardio sweatshop under the guise of a "hot" yoga studio. Plus, the instructor I had was incredibly rude. I overheard her trash talking all the students who "couldn't keep up" and how they "ruined the vibe". Wow. Really? Even after that I went back to try a Yin Class and it was the complete opposite. So slow I thought I was going to fall asleep. I couldn't find the happy medium here unfortunately. RA is much better if you are looking for a real yoga experience.

I bought a groupon for 1 month unlimited classes & I highly recommend it for UCI students on a budget! I took classes at corepower before but it does not compare to the intensity of RHY. My favorite classes have been the 80 minute classes with Ashley & sculpting classes with Rucky. It gets really packed during the early mornings and the evenings so try to attend the 9am classes, since they are not as packed. Overall, I am having a great experience here. RHY has motivated me to commit to my practice. Thank you, RHY!

This place is awesome. Wife and I initially signed up with a 30 day unlimited pass through their website on 1/18. We decided to go all in, took advantage of the deal and started hitting the classes - primarily the 60 minute hot yoga with a few yin classes here and there. On 2/1 the studio started a 29 day February self-love challenge and we figured its 2020, we might as well try something new and we signed up for the challenge. We have been going everyday and it's been wonderful. It truly is a mind/body/spirit experience every time we go there. The mat and this practice is therapeutic on so many different levels. Some classes are crowded and the place does get busy but we actual embrace that. All those people must be there for a reason right? The teachers/guides have all been awesome and welcoming and even though they are all different and some are more difficult than others, you can tell they all genuinely care and are invested in what they do. On a side note we love this place so much we signed up for a membership with an awesome valentines promotion they had and we are now officially members of the studio. The family membership for my wife and I was a killer deal. No brainer to sign up. aaaaaaand you best believe we are on pace to finish the 29 day self-love challenge. 16 days down, 13 to go. It hasn't been easy that's for sure, but it's definitely been worth it
