The person answering the phone and taking the appointments was super rude. He was very impatient, not welcoming at all.
There happens to be a cancellation so he calls me back and I decide to take that early morning appointment. I come in and they tell me I don’t have an appointment. When he sees me he makes something up saying that he called me in the afternoon and that I had said I will not take the appointment. I have no afternoon call from him anywhere in my call logs anyway! The call he is talking about did not even happen. Not only did I arrange a babysitter but he also lies and does not bother to look at me and apologize.
I will surely not be coming here again, they have no value for people’s time so unprofessional.

Wow! I've been to Patty Mendoza twice now and she has really solved all my hair problems. She gives a beautiful haircut, and is a total master at hair color. And she does it in record time! No hanging around for 3 to 4 hours while your person works on two people at once; she takes care of you and gets the job done.

paige did my balayage and it turned out sooooo cute. i wanted to be blonde and she (rightfully) told me it would be a better idea to balayage instead of going solid blonde. so sweet and attentive and i love how my hair turned out
