Everything good there. I always go to staples to print stuff. All the printers and computers are easy to use. I love all the varieties they have about office supplies.

You must purchase a warranty to get some help with the product you have bought and it is out of the return policy time frame.

Clean store with good customer service. Hard to find office supplies and Staples has it all.

I went therebfor taking a passport picture. I called them before get there to make sure that they do the passport picture. I got there 1:11pm and ask for the customer service for passport picture. A lady at the customer service told me to wait at the photo booth and someone will be there assist me. I waited for 25min but no one was helping me. I asked twice for the service. But the lady told me that unfortunately a person who able to assist me for passport picture is a manager who's helping other customer. I told her I was way before the customers he's helping now. He finally showed up and took only 3min to take the passport picture and assist me.I waited about 30 min for 3 min service. Simply because the white manager guy's wanted to help the customer who's interested in purchasing the merchandise in the Staples store. The first thing I saw in the Staples store is the customer service booth. But it is so useless if they are doing bias service to the customers.Their customer service should be reevaluated and restrained.Very disappointed customer service. I understand why the Staples stores are struggling...

I have in this store and the manager I believe he was with name of Assus was very unprofessional handling customer. He seems not to want to help at all and make any excuse possible not to get the job done. Definitely not recommend going and will not buy buy from them again.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received. 2 girls working there looked too young to even be working and were so inconsiderate. Stay far away from this place.

Jazz was the manager on duty and closing 01/02/23. I was extremely late arriving at 08.47pm. I only needed to print and without me even having to ask if it was possible to stay later to print off any documents that were just crucial for me to print off tonight and get them filed at 8:00 a.m. in the morning she went Far and Beyond her whole team did really everyone that was on on duty tonight did so I want to give this the store at five stars thank you

Horrible service at copying and print. I don’t find any useful service from the sales associate ( the person who suppose to have so much information regarding the print and copy) he dose not want to move or help doing anything just tells you what to do and if you ask for help he would be mad at you !! Any thing you ask for he’ll be more than happy to tell you (sorry this copier dose not allow to do so ) check different places ?so why you are here friend !!

Bad customer service. Rude and unprofessional from the so "called manager" Jasmin and her supervisor Jordan. Will never go here again. I would recommend the Santa Ana one on 17th Street which has way better custom service.

Such great service. Prior to visiting this place I went to another Staples and was turned away from their printing services for business cards because the employee didn't know how to help me format my file correctly. When I came to this store, I believe her name was Jocelyn? She took the time to look at my file. Asked me to email different formats and finally was able to set the right dimensions. I appreciated this so much because I am not the best at printing my own cards. Anywho, she said my cards will be ready for pick up after 7pm but she called a couple of hours later and my cards were ready. Super 5 star service and will be back again!!

When there are not many office supply stores around, it is nice to be in and out with what I need, especially when working on a last-minute project. Ordering online usually takes me a few days to receive any item.

A long time ago I had a phone battery replacement done here. They still had a price list available for the services at their tech area so I inquired about it but the sales rep said they did not and the price list was old. As I was trying to confirm this with my friend that needed phone repair done and she asked another branch if they offered it and they said they did not, the information provided was either correct... or they did not want my business and were not trying to make it obvious.The sales rep said "exit is to your right" immediately afterwards either to me or another person in back of me (I couldn't gauge where their eyes were pointing at, but shortly afterwards someone pulled the entrance door open and exited through it). If this was directed towards me I was offended at this because I wanted to browse the store, and I thought he said this and did not attempt to make further sales pitches because he didn't like me in the store (at the time I was wearing something that I've overheard people say both positive and socially discriminatory comments about so it sounded like his opinion was negative). I've heard this sort of "polite denial" before, but it was usually because of my lack of social skills and not for my fashion choices.He got his wish if he did not appreciate my business. I browsed the store and, despite there being items I wanted to buy, I decided not to get them since their discount was not sufficient.Also, if the sales pitch was for the exit, I wouldn't say it's good either since one needs to walk past the cash registers to exit too, even if one is not buying anything.I'll stick with 2 since I can still buy other stuff, but I already don't like having to interact with human employees.
