The most important reason is the service we received. My 1 yr. old was got her passport picture taken and it was not an easy task. Sierra was very patient and kind. Thank you.

This is still our go-to UPS Store for our mailbox and Amazon dropoffs. Again, it can get quite crowded here at certain times but if we go at off-peak times, it's great. Easy to drop things off and easy to pick up our mail.Located in the Cypress Village shopping center right off the 5 FWY. It's a very convenient location. We often swing by Albertsons when stopping by the UPS Store. There's a Kohl's, boba shop, and Starbucks in the same plaza.Everyone has been friendly through the 9+ years since we've been doing business with this UPS Store. I like how they are now open 7 days a week now. Definitely 5 stars.

I always have a wonderful @ UPS Store Jeffrey Road Irvine, Albertsons shopping center-A nice lady named Sierra, and all staffs are here. My son and I really want to say a big thank you to who work at this UPS store. They are very knowledgeable on shipping high value items with insurance. They are always kind and helpful! I use this UPS Store solely for Amazon returns and it's always been a great experience. The staff is nice, there's (almost) never any lines and so it makes so a quick in & out drop off experience. Just be prepared with your return QR code or have your packages wrapped and labeled if that's what's required before you get there.

I made an appointment for their notary services today at 12:30pm, when I got there about 10 minutes before my appointment, they told me the person who does the notary services is not available and on break. They told me the earliest time they can do it it's 1:05pm. I showed them my appointment confirmation email for 12:30pm and they said he doesn't check the system. What is the point of making appointment if no one is going to do their job.DO NOT make appointment with this location because they do not care and value customer's time. I'll never come back to this location. What a waste of time and a joke.
