Had to print out one page for work. The computer station was giving me some issues with printing from my email, so I went out to the car to get a USB drive. The associate made sure I wasn't charged for the computer issues I was having and also took the USB and printed the document for me at no charge. She went above and beyond to help out. Thanks!

Avoid this place. Go to the UPS Store in Newport Beach. It's much cheaper and friendlier.The Persian woman with black framed glasses in a blue shirt tried to make me buy a box (I declined), then an envelope (I declined again) to ship my package, which was already in a box. She then tried to make me pay $60 to ship a 6oz box from Newport Beach to LA. I asked her twice to ship it ground. She told me the cheapest it would cost is $34.I took the same package to UPS Store in Newport Beach, where they shipped it for $12.67 UPS ground.Poor customer service and dishonest business practices. No thanks!

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS STORE AS YOUR PACKAGE PICKUP LOCATION. I WILL GIVE ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE, HOWEVER ONE STAR IS THE LOWEST.Here are the reasons. These following things are actually happened to me. I suppose to get a package on Wednesday 12/06/2023. I was at home all day, the delivery man left a note and did not knocked at my door. Then I just checked and changed my package to a pickup at this location. On Thursday 12/07/2023, in the morning, I have received a message said my package cannot be picked up by my self. As tried to talk with some agents via live chat on UPS website, I have founded that my package is going to return to the sender in Florida. Live chat agents did not helping at all. Finally, a supervisor got involved and tried to solve the problem. The supervisor tried and told me that he just confirmed my package is somewhere in a trailer at UPS warehouse in Irvine, and someone at warehouse will find the package and call me back ASAP. By the way, the reason that package is at the trailer because it is going back to the sender, this UPS pickup access point said their inventory is full and no space to receive my package. As a result, my package is returning to the sender. This is ridiculous! I tried to call this UPS store and the representative at front-desk here were lied to me, said that they didn't saw any my packages arrived here.Not surprisingly, my package is on the way returning to Florida. All these are due to UPS workers in this store, what a bunch of idiots! You guys really did a good job! Please keep doing these as your services.

I was there 30 minutes ago. The guy in the corner refused every request from me. And denied my box because there are product name and stuff on it. He insisted to call it a product box. And he said they can only ship shipping box. And pointed to another box JUST LIKE MY BOX. He just want me to buy his 15$ ups box. After that he didn’t want to do anything for me that’s all. And from his face I can tell he hates his job, the place and everyone.
