UPS corporate you need to cancel this franchisee bc of the incredibly rude owner named "Minh". Tons of reviews say "rude lady who owner". I got a notice to pick up a package when I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR THREE WEEKS. After wasting my time asking for my name, address, blah blah she said in a snarky tone "well we only hold it for 7 days and it's now Nov 29". Then she hung up on me. When I called back she started lecturing me about sounding annoyed??? Have you ever heard of customer service? Guess not.

The staff here are very patient. When facing the elderly with hearing loss, they did not show any impatience. On the contrary, they were patient and kind. Make people feel happy physically and mentally.

The UPS on Irvine blvd charge a dollar for putting the tape on your package. None of the other facilities of UPS do that!

I brought a bunch of Amazon returns to this UPS store. They all had QR codes, but as we were scanning each one, 1 of the QR codes says it needs to be customer packed. Luckily, I had an extra shipping bag available so I stuffed the return into the bag and asked for a piece of tape for the bag. They said they have to charge me $2 for the piece of tape!!! My goodness, is this how they choose to do business??? I refused to do my return there and took my business somewhere else. Too bad for the store, they've lost my business because of a 1 cent piece of tape.

I brought an Amazon return with box, they charged me $2 for 1 piece of tape for the top of the box. Will go to another location in the future.

The young gentleman at the store efficiently assisted the second customer with a quick drop-off request, while the customer at the front took her time sorting her pieces. He displayed great flexibility in handling customers

This appears to be a mom n' pop UPS store ran by a nice Korean family. As such, they care a lot more about this store than your typical corporate owned franchisee. Always pleasant and greets you - doesn't overcharge you, and very efficient staff. I recommend coming here if it's not too out of the way.

This is my go-to UPS store in the area even though it is not the closest to me. The staff are always friendly!!! Even when it seems like they have a long line (not very often when I have gone), the line seems to always move quickly.Bottom line: I’ve always had a great a experience and highly recommend this UPS Store.

Open on Sundays!! While most UPS stores are closed on Sundays, this one isn't. 2 people working when I got here so no wait and fast, courteous service. Highly recommend.

came in to drop off a package with an already paid for return label 8am on a monday. explained i needed the label printed so i can send it. first thing she says is itll be $2 to print a label. i explain that i shouldnt have to pay for a label just to print it. says she needs to charge for the print before i send it to her by email as were looking at it on my phone. i say fine because needed to get to work.as soon as i agree to her little $2 game, she gets her scan gun to scan the exact label i was showing her on my phone. i ask her which is it scan or send by email to pay $2 for a print label. she gets caught red handed and backtracks and says force of habit and says i need to send it to her or provde qr code. i look at my label link again and the qr code was at the bottom that i didnt scroll to yet.then she says ok no $2.this women is horrible and her greed blinds her ability to actually do proper workits $2 woman, i need to get to work dont give me your hard time first thing in the morning on a monday , l . deserves 0 star but 1 is the lowest rating

Stopped by to make a laminated copy of my COVID vaccines card. It was a Sunday at 11 a.m. Only one lady was working and there was ten people in line. She managed the line so well and worked through us all quickly and efficiently! Only minus is The UPS Store (or at least this location) charges id you use a card for under $5.

This is the best UPS store in the area. I had an urgent situation where my husband forgot all of his medications while traveling. Min did all that she could to help me get a package to Chicago asap. Although UPS made a mistake which was no fault of Min’s, she made sure the issue was resolved. Both ladies are always friendly and provide excellent customer care. I won’t go to any other store even though there is one closer!

Since the owner was changed, Their service is very poor. By their fault , the package was delayed on hold for 3 weeks. And today, the owner lady asked me to come bacon Monday because she is worrying lost packages. I wonder , what they are doing. Their job is just keep the package and give it to delivery guys. Definitely, new owner make the service bad. Will never intend to use again.

Best place to get something shipped. Super friendly, expedient, and polite. Korean owned and opened Sundays so you can get it picked up super early Monday for shipping without you getting there super early yourself on Mondays.
