This is a mixed review. I will say I was sick over the summer and valued being able to order food and pharmacy on a budget with just $13 a month. Well worth it. So please keep in mind when I share the next part.Almost always they are out of sodas I order. Several other items are out of stock even after they say they have it in stock. So that can be frustrating. But their return process is easy when they replace with a bad product which happens more than you think. Example I was sent sugar ice tea when I ordered sugar free? Or one time I request baking chocolate and was sent Hershey with almonds and toffee, Big difference!But the real problem is what some associates will bag up and give you either via delivery or pick up. Previously I was given a large package of hamburger that was 3 weeks expired. I have been given milk that was expired. And then several times seals have been broken. But nothing has been quite as bizarre as sending this product out to me! (See pictures below)The plastic container is completely busted up?Again it’s a mixed review. I have decided to cancel my subscription but should I be sick again I would sign up again, but just knowing I may not get what I need when I need it or even remotely the right product that isn’t expired or potentially with a brown seal or now even a destroyed case.Everyone personally is cordial and nice. I’ve never had a cross word with anyone. So if you don’t mind a little frustrating experiences. It’s got it’s advantages. Just know it won’t be perfect!

The employees are super helpful and nice! We came when it was getting close to closing time. Boxes were everywhere and it was a little hectic, but the place is still organized to find everything you need and get out pretty quickly.

Hang was very helpful. She walked me to various locations with a smile while I searched for a drain hair stopper. I had previously asked two other employees and they pointed me to the wrong location. Thank you Hang, great customer service.

Tracy and team lead Gina were amazing! I wired funds on Monday and didn't get a reference number. I came back today, Wednesday, to get help. I was assisted by both and both were patient, matched my sense of urgency, and were kind throughout the whole process. Although this was a bit stressful, Tracy made me feel at ease. I appreciate her advocating for me and being there to help as much as she could. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I came here at 10:50 when the store closes at 11, and they tell me I can't get in. I tell the lady working in the front, I just need to buy one little thing, I already know where the item is and it would take like 2 mins since there are self checkout lanes that are not being used. Still no. A little compassion would have been nice but more than anything, maybe not post incorrect store hours. Wasting people's times.

So I have been to, maybe, a half dozen Walmarts in my life (including one in Canada). It just isn't high on the list of where I shop. But Walmart had a deal on a soundbar that was way cheaper than anywhere else, and it was in stock, and this is Irvine, so what could go wrong?Fist, let me get this out of the way, but the 'People of Walmart' seem to be a thing regardless of where you are. Maybe they are a bit extra elsewhere, but they are there regardless. As for the store, it was fine. Displays were everywhere and they had the soundbar I wanted, though it took a little while to find it. But it was priced $30 more than listed on Walmart's web site. The cashier at the electronics area could not get me the lower price, so I went up front. The girl who helped me was very nice, she barely glanced at my phone when I showed the price, and after quite a bit of wrestling with the registers, she was able to finally charge me the advertised price. She tried, but the POS system wasn't making it easy. Then, the dude who is supposed to remove the electronic anti-theft device had a hard time removing it. Eventually it was removed and I was on my way, maybe 15-30 minutes spent in the store longer than it should have been if it just wrung up at the right price.

We went looking for a bathroom space saver. There were only two types and the white one there was only one and unfortunately the box was open. We didn't take it as I was afraid it was incomplete. But they had lots of great other items for the season.

If I could leave negative number they would be the highest. They don't answer the e phone. Called multiple times that rang and rang. Each call was for 5-7 minutes. I tried another department and the pharmacy picked up. Horrible experience. They should have accountability. The lines were horrible and only a few people at checkout and the others just wandering around. Amazing that they are permitted to do this.

I bought bicycle for my son and myself from here, cheaper than most others, quality is ok. Only challenge is to find the store person who has the keys, if you want to try riding the bike before buying.

Two nights ago I was in self check out and I scanned my item and it said not in computer but I scanned it again it worked so I kept scanning my items and as I scanned my last item I had a employee come up behind me no word said just a hard across my register I turned around asked hey what are you doing... The person named Poppy said well your light was red so clearing it... now granted I have had a long day and my senses are on overdrive due to how busy the store was but I snapped and said next time you might want to announce yourself before you reach across someone... I despise people who sneak up on me because I have yea you can guess PTSD. She snapped back well I was fixing your register so you can continue to scan I said well I had been scanning and she snarked back uh no you haven't I said uh well then what is this on the screen just random items that I have found.. I guess it was my fault a bit but don't come up behind someone without announcing yourself Oh and grammer check your recipt

Yesterday at 16555 Von Karman Ave, Irvine ca 92606 I experienced a lack of customer service. I needed help at the glass display located in the dog isle. I kept getting the run around with store employees so I decided to call the store directly. I had the associate over the phone call for help over the PA system to come have an associate help with my items and still received no attention. Finally I decided to call the store to come clean up the broken glass in this isle. The associate then called for a clean up on dog isle. STILL NO ATTENTION. There should be more customer service on things like this rather then asking for receipts upon exiting, something UNDER NO LAW DO WE HAVE TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUEST. There were no fucks given from customer associates at this location. NONE.And get this I tried to complain on the corporate website only to find out that IT made sure that nobody could complain on the website there's no way of going further to complain absolutely none f*** Walmart.

Horrible! Horrible service! Never visit this Walmart. Every single time you need to return an item they will find a reason not to or send you to the store you bought if from. They had me wait over an hour to give me an excuse and another excuse. Then wait longer for a manager. I had to even help them test the equipment and wait longer after another excuse for another manager to come and finally help me out. The manager was really nice and helped me out but she commended them for "doing their job" instead of adressing the fact that had waited a dreadful amount of time.Elizabeth is very argumentative and sassy both to customers and co-workers.

In the make up aisle, I set my timer when I pushed the button for assistance. You’d think I’d be done by now (15 minutes later). But I’m not. Before I pushed the button, I followed the associate helping someone in my aisle, to the next aisle. Two other associates came over and were asking the first associate to open a case for them. I asked all of them where an item was. They told me the aisle over (where I just was). I looked at the associate with the keys and said, “I’d like to get that item.” He proceeded to help the other Walmart associates. So I walked over to my aisle and waited. About 2 minutes went by and I walked back over to the aisle the 3 associates were in and no one was there. In my aisle there was 1 other customer looking. So I pushed the button for assistance and started my timer. In the next 5 minutes, I could hear others also pushing the button for help. At this point, all aisles were full of people wanting help. No associates were around at all. A customer near me was looking around as well and even walked up to the front looking for assistance. He came back shaking his head. At 10 minutes I called the Walmart I was standing in to ask the customer service desk to send someone over. The phone rang for 5 minutes. Finally, someone answered, mumbled something, and hung up. I understand stores are short handed and was not going to complain to anyone if they eventually got to me. But there were associates there, left the area knowing all items are behind locked doors, and customers would want items. And then the person who answered the customer service phone and promptly hung up. That’s when I decided I no longer wanted to shop at this store. I left my basked with $300+ with of groceries and walked out the door. I doubt I will return. I prefer to go to a store that is courteous, helpful, and grateful for your business.
