I cannot thank Salwa enough for her immediate help!! My 89 year old dad is having surgery this am and I don’t have a negative test to get into hospital with him! I arrived before she opened but she got out of her car to hear my story. She opened up to help me and I am forever grateful to her!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Ive been to the Northridge location multiple times and haven’t had a problem besides minor wait times before getting my test done. The process is very quick and I’m normally out of there within 10 minutes. I haven't had a problem with not getting my results in time either.

I was helped by the most amazing customer care representative Chris B. He was patient, caring and through. He took his time and made sure I understood the process and received the help i needed. He is just amazing! I wish there were more people like Chris B.

They had a testing site super close to my house so I stopped by there to get tested for my flight 2 days before. Got my results in 24 hours, plenty of time for my flight out of the country ?? Would recommend!

Took a test Tuesday. Received a negative result Wednesday. Now today I get another result saying I’m positive. I called and was told they retested and received a positive result. This is beyond acceptable. Being told someone is negative, then the following day positive. I will never use this testing lab again, and I suggest nobody else does. I am contacting an attorney to see if anything further can be done. This lab is putting peoples well-being and their loved ones at risk.

All BAD , posted signs are old and don’t reflect current restrictions. Employees are late getting there and management absolutely terrible. No one is surprised as they have a declining customer satisfaction

Went to La Canada Flintridge in Jan 2022 when the generic COVID was hitting all of LA and people were pressed for COVID tests for flights, work etc. 10-15 cars waiting in line daily. I did my homework and filled out Ananda forms online and then went directly to the head of the line for the nose swab (I walked in as opposed to drive in). They tested me and yes, it took 4 days for the results but Ananda told me that up front. Delays were due to the enormous amount of people getting tested. Their test results matched my home test results so I was happy. I would definitely use them again as they now provide test kits for home use with free shipping back to the lab for testing. Test kits are free as long as one has insurance.
