A great source of information. Has been in the mortgage business for decades. Knowledgeable of all types of loans and real estate transactions.He can help with conventional and 1031 exchanges. He even does reverse mortgages for folks who want to use equity from their homes.Also a very nice person who is a great communicator. Highly recommend.

David truly is friendly. He was patient and took enough time to explain the different types of loans available and what he could do for me. More importantly was his honesty that he couldn't help me at this time due to my specific circumstance and didn't try to persuade me to get a loan that was not in my best interest; for that reason alone, I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

If you're looking to buy a home, you need to call David Kutner. I was looking to buy my first house a few months ago and David was extraordinarily kind helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the process, answering every question I had with care and concision.Buying a home is a daunting task, but David made me feel very well taken care-of. I thought that buying a home would be incredibly stressful, but working with David made the experience very manageable. He is extremely prompt and *really* knows the business, which made the process of getting a mortgage go super smoothly. He got me a reasonable rate and even took the time to advise on the best time to lock it in. He checks in frequently, is always quick to respond, and his advice is excellent. I really felt that he had my best interests in mind through the entire process, which really put me at ease. His honesty, kindness and expertise made the loan portion of buying the home the easiest part!Additionally, David's extended professional network is excellent - he recommended a great agent at the start of my search, and also had great recommendations for all the other things you'll need as you close: insurance, etc.All in all, a fantastic lender - recommend very highly!!

David was referred to me by another person in the banking industry who thought he could better serve my (actually my mothers financial needs). This proved to be true...Mr. Kutner was both professional and friendly, and my mother was pleased with his mild demeanor and willingness to be available to answer any questions she may have had, and to stay on board for any future questions or needs. David and I worked together to get her transaction completed in a reasonable amount of time, and, in this day and age of faceless business transactions, the personal touch of coming to the house to meet his client was a welcome effort to my mother. That being said, I would recommend Mr. Kutner to anyone who would be in the market for financial assistance, providing he can offer them the product or products they may need.
