Mark came out to reconnect our entertainment center after it had been stored for many months due to a water leak restoration. The electronics were a mess. There had been some attempt by the company that disassembled it to label cables but they were confusing and not complete. We have multiple applications including surround sound. Mark is exceptional. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable, but he is patient (we asked a lot of questions!), helpful, cheerful and high energy. He got us back up better than it was before. If we could give him 10 stars we would!

I was very impressed with the service I received from Mark. He helped me fix the circuit board on my old sewing machine, which saved me from having to buy a completely new one. He was able to find a new, upgraded part that will keep my machine working for the next several years. I hope he can help me keep some more older electronics working so I don't have to get rid of them for a few more years.

Great communication and service from Mark. He replaced several switches and a relay for my car's steering column lock mechanism. I reinstalled the board in my car and works perfectly now. Thank you for your great work.

Mark was able to repair my projector. He is very thorough and a great communicator. This guy is good at what he does and probably can repair anything. I highly recommend as he was able to repair when no other place could do it other than the manufacturer which is locked down and not doing repairs during Covid19 lockdown.

I contacted American Electronics Repair directly through Panasonic, since they are an authorized Panasonic repair center, to repair our microwave. Mark (2nd generation owner) was warm and professional, a nice touch during this COVID-19 epidemic. I expected a hole-in-the-wall shack and was met with a sizeable commercial building. There's a sign on the building that says, "If it runs off electricity, we can fix it." When I peeked inside the workshop, it left no doubt. I saw a Ms. Pac Man arcade game, record player, CD player, LaserDisc player, TV, cassette deck, and Roland Chorus Echo machine, among others. Mark let me know that it might take a couple of days and that he would call me when the microwave was done. To my surprise, Mark called me that same evening to let me know that he had repaired my unit, and it was ready to be picked up. When I got there, he explained exactly what was broken, what needed to be replaced, and showed me the bad parts. It was the best electronic repair ever. Highly recommend!

Took my Panasonic microwave in for repair as suggested by Panasonic. We were very pleased. Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. Repairs required them to order parts, and were completed in a timely, effective manner. I plan to take other appliances to them as necessary.

Mark at American Electronics is the best. He fixed my Mackie thoroughly at a reasonable rate and got it done in a timely manner. He could not have been more helpful! I would use him again and recommend him readily!

This is a great place to service massage chairs. Mark has excellent customer service and was able to get it repaired under the factory warranty. They handled all the paperwork with Panasonic so that was a big help. He arrived on time and checked everything with the chair. Mark was very knowledgeable and also has contacts at Panasonic to help troubleshoot our issue. The main circuit board needed to be replaced so we arranged a convenient time for Mark to install the new board. The chair is now working perfectly. Thanks for all the help!
