Do not go here. The people who work with this company have no willingness to try and meet you where you're at, they're extremely unprofessional and try to sell you more things that you don't need. They want payment upfront and I asked if I could pay half up front then I was told they would not work on my car and I should go look for other business. I've never heard a shop that expects payment up front and won't show you work they've done. This business is sketchy and I would not recommend giving your business to them.

Unlike other auto body shops, the energy of the staff at this shop is positive, welcoming, and friendly. I spoke with Gina and was very impressed. She treated my very odd request with enthusiasm and made me feel like my project would be treated with the utmost care. She went out of her way to try to see if there was a way to make my unconventional idea work. Hands down best customer service ever.

Gina did some awesome work defogging my headlights. The last owner did a really crap job at trying to restore it and it was so thin from them messing up. She was able to restore them to beautiful, clear headlights. Would recommend coming here, I know I'm coming back for future services!

Car will sit there for months and hardly any communication if any. The quality of the work is there but the amount of time it takes to finish one car and communicate needs work. I know this because a friend of mine had his car there and it sat for months and didn't even get an update.

Gina is an old friend from back in the day and when it came time to get my Honda Accord fixed I was a bit apprehensive of getting my car fixed from a friend. However I figured i'd give it a try since I needed some additional body work done besides the insurance claim. She quoted me a great price on the additional work and I left my car there on a Friday. She kept me in the loop through the whole process and delivered the car back to me on time which was important because I needed it for work. It took 7 days total however it was well worth it. She had arranged for her car wash guy to shine it up for me before pickup however he was a no show. She gave me the option to pick it up and she would pay for my car wash or I could have left it and she would have taken it care of it the following Monday. Needing the car I opted to get it washed from my car wash guy and it was free due to Gina discounting me. The paint job was quality and the mirror finish shine on both my front and rear bumpers gave my car the much needed attention it deserved. I feel like a have a brand new car again. Thank Gina and Chucks Creations for the quality job. One other thing to note is that my rear bumper was punctured and I did not want to afford to buy a brand new bumper. Gina made no promises but said she can patch it up and make it look as if the puncture never existed. Sure enough when I picked up my car I could not even tell where the puncture was located. Again great job. Thank you
