Cornerstone Auto Solutions is absolutely fabulous!! I have taken our 2014 Chevy Tahoe there on multiple occasions for regular maintenance, upcoming road trip inspections, and for when that pesky check engine light comes on. Phil and his team are phenomenal! They work hard, they are honest, and they understand that people are working within a budget. Anytime I take my car to Cornerstone, I leave with a sense of peace knowing that I'll be safe on the road. I would recommend Cornerstone in a heartbeat!

Saved me from buying a lemon from Carmax; took the 24 hour test drive and found that the transmission was shot. Returned it to Carmax and they ignored me until I took their survey. Never buy a used vehicle without taking it to a trusted mechanic first.

Top notch quality Phil is the most humble sweetest man and his staff is amazing. Hires people with great personality like Lopez. They really make you feel like family and go the extra mile to do things that may seem small but to a mom of 7 kids and often to tired to wash my car, I was in tears when I showed up to pick up my van and find it looking like a new car. I didn't even recognize it when asked why would they do that for me they simple said "we wanted to take one thing of your plate" and we can't have our customers in a dirty car haha really they are so amazing and I'm so happy this place was recommended. I can't imagine ever going to another mechanic ever again. Thank you so so so much from the bottom of my heart God bless the staff at cornerstone auto solutions

Update after owner Phil saw my review and reached out. He and his worker both checked the transmission fluid and both still believe it "looked" like it needed service but qualified that by saying you can't really tell with CVT transmissions, because there isn't an easy/quick way to get a thorough sample. When I asked if he thought the previous mechanic did a poor job 2 months ago and do I need to follow up with them, he said no, and that he knows that mechanic to be reputable (we would have gone back for our current issues, but they are closed this week). After chatting with the mechanic we ultimately went with for our repairs, he shared that 2015 Civic CVT transmissions use HCF-2 fluid which is a brownish/yellow/grey color unlike the typical bright red ATF. He said quick visual inspection isn't always enough because of the color of the clean fluid, and you really need to consider how many miles since it was last done. SO, I still don't feel great about how Cornerstone initially approached the transmission fluid. Knowing what I know now, I'd expect to hear, "hey, your transmission fluid looks like it may need replacing. It's hard to tell visually with this type of transmission/fluid. Do you recall when you last had it replaced?"All the same, I don't think they're sheisters at all. Even after I shared my price concerns with one of my friends who uses/recommends them, she stood by her recommendation (her husband works with equipment and does all the less complicated repairs on their cars, so they are not naive). I still stand by my review. Three stars for high prices. If you want to pay dealer prices for good service, they seem like a good option. If you don't, go somewhere else. There are lots of other reputable, more affordable options within a mile or so. Cheers to a free market!

Review:Phillip and Ross, your whole team. Each time I need to bring my car in for service I know where to go and that gives me much peace. Your team exhibits the love, kindness, the fruit of the spirit and go beyond to assure that whatever needs there be are met. You are honest, self-sacrificing, put the needs of others over your own even providing unexpected kindness from your hearts to which is not always very hard to find these days. I know when I left my car at your shop today it is the best hands. A person has many choices in where to take there car and I am thankful to know I need not look anywhere else. The mechanics here have integrity and are honest about what the costs of the parts and what the costs of the labor are. They explain everything that they saw in the inspection in great detail before giving you recommendations. They tell you what they recommend for you to prioritize and then you can work on the rest with a plan. Great team.

My car had been having issues with starting & wouldn't do so unless you reset the battery every single time. I finally decided to take it in here at the recommendation of my coworker and it ended up being a fantastic experience. Very welcoming people and eager to help! Ross was the one who took a look at it and immediately had a course of action! Very very bright guy & provided so much knowledge to help me better understand the issue. It was fixed within a few hours and I cannot stress how happy I am with the experience. Extremely reasonable pricing & very clean shop. Ross is awesome & I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know!! Thank you again :)

Phillip and his crew are the kindest and most polite group of people that I've ever dealt with! I would trust them with any of my vehicles, they do a complete safety inspection on every vehicle. While I was in for service, they found that my tires were completely worn out. I had not noticed how much they were worn, however, they showed me and I was shocked. There was no pressure from them and i appreciate their professionalism. I will be back in a week to have them replaced. Great shop to go to!

Wouldn't take my truck anywhere else. Had a couple issues that were above my knowledge and took my truck here. I was helped by a tech named Ross. Super honest and trustworthy. Gave me updates and serviced the car fast. 10/10 recommended auto shop.

I don't like giving bad reviews. However my experience at this auto shop was not a good one. I had my camry dropped off early on Wed morning to have the oxygen sensors changed out so we could get it smogged. They called on Wednesday late and said they needed to keep it overnight. OK no problem. We hadn't heard by late Thursday so I stopped by. Had to deal with Ross who is a nice guy but feels the need to talk you to death with excuses, and explaining every detail of a car. At one point he told me he couldn't tell me what was wrong or an estimate of the repairs, "We don't work that way". What? Bottom line was, the work had not been done, they didn't even order the parts needed and had racked up a charge of $400 for diagnostic testing. Are you kidding me. I'm shelling out $400 and you still haven't started working on the car. Oh hell no. Then mentioned one part would be $600 without labor. Have had them changed before for about $450. After repeating to him about 25 times to drop my car and settle the ridiculous bill, he finally did. Then had the audacity to tell me I was mean. We were hoping to make this a permanent place to get our vehicles fixed but after that, Ummmmm No No No. You can place all the bibles you want on the counter for free but unless you read the part that says "thou shalt not steal", they aren't doing any good. My search for a good reasonable mechanic continues........

Cornerstone Auto are one of the few honest mechanics in the business. They don't try to sell anything you don't need and they don't overcharge either.
