This Place is a must!!! If you are looking for someone who is honest, reliable, friendly, and has year of experience and very knowledgeable with hundreds and thousands of hours in what they do, you won't regret this place. Marco's is not only the owner of this awesome place, but he also personally works on your car. I have a beautiful Jaguar that was vandalized by senseless people. I came to this place because I have heard so many great things about it from good friends that have classic cars, which he has painted and made them look authentic and new! It's not easy for me to trust someone, but when I met Marcos, he explained to me how he works, and humbly told me that he personally would work on my car. Even the gas door that was broken off he replaced. I told him my concerns, and he understood me very well, this guy is a people person, and I enjoyed having great conversations with him as he showed me the many cars he had worked on. He repaired and repainted some of the dings that my car had. He made it look like nothing had ever happened to it, and even though the painting is metallic, he had no problem, painting it, just like it was when it came out of the dealer. I am amazed by his work! Seriously if you're looking for someone to rely on, and someone you can trust, this is your guy!

Marcos and Steven at Freedom Custom Auto Body have taken care of my vehicles for the last 10 years. Their level of service and quality of work goes above and beyond for their customers. Whether it's custom work or vehicle repairs, they can do it all. I don't trust anyone else in the industry and highly recommend them to everyone.

Horrible place. Took 3 1/2 years to give me back a car with paint drips, rubber seals attached with double face tape and trash stuffed into the air vents including a bag of body filler dust. Now when I drive my car dust goes flying in my family's eyes. This ship might as well be in Tijuana. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

My dad has been coming for decades and I've witnessed the type of character and business the Arzate's run. They are like family. We wouldn't trust anyone with our vehicles like we trust them. They are experts in what they do. Well known and respected in the car world and they treat all the same. Whether in an accident or in need of custom work - they do it all. Best in the game!

The owner promised to restore my 57' chevy over 2 years ago just after covid. He gave me a price and told me he was finishing a 57' chevy, which I was pleased to see came out beautiful.He told me that when he had room for my truck I was next to have my truck restored. And told me to go through his son via email, which I did..after his son Stephen told me they were still trying to make room, i said ok. 6 months later I emailed him again and again he told me they were trying to find room. I explained that his father had promised me my truck was next that it had been over a year I had been waiting . Another 6 months went by and I emailed Stephen again, again he told me they were trying to find room. 6 months later I emailed Stephen again and I stated I did not want to hear that they were trying to make room for my truck, and that was the last time he responded I called his father and again he promised me in January 2023' he would be able to restore my truck. I emailed his son Stephen and told him what his father promised and explained that my last email I was not happy when I left the email about them not having room. I honestly believed Freedom custom auto and feel terrible to tarnish there 5 star rating . I am still waiting for them to restore my truck as promised and I can make turn my 1 star to 5.Sincerely Brother Dan

I had the best experience dealing with Marcos & Steven. They were busy when I went in so I made an appointment for a few days later and dropped my car off. Three days later my car was done and looked better then ever. The staff was nice, price was fair and the work was great.

Freedom Custom is great! I brought my 2004 Tundra in for some paint and body work. My truck was used as a work truck so it had some body bumps and bruises and needed some painting. Steven the owner went over my truck and recommended what things he could do to make it look better. He gave me a timeframe and a quote and delivered on both. When I got my truck back I was amazed how good it looked! And all for a very reasonable price! I am enjoying cruising around in my retirement in my new looking truck!Service: Body & Trim

I went in today to get an estimate. The guy who came out to assist me was very rude. I asked him to give me an estimate. He said he couldnt and that I hVe to have my insurance contact him. ( tactic used to secure the business ) I never told him I was going through my insuramce. These people shouldnt assume thing or use sneaky tactics.

Wonderful experience of the west, must see the cattle drive then a fun western gunfight, yummy food, beautiful shops, and many fun experiences with long horns and horses. A must do for anyone visiting the Dallas area.
