This Shell station is usually never busy towards the evening. It's usually clean and has a car wash as well. The Station Clerk is hard to catch but never hurts to check if you're paying cash or want to buy a snack.

the Indian lady working the desk is extremely rude! for no apparent reason... i asked a simple question for change for the vacuum. she told me it's not her responsibility. huh? she was too busy listening to the radio then had the nerve to lock the door when I tried coming back for change. idk who this corporation just randomly place there.

Same thing. If you go to a business where you’re a different race and culture than the hourlies, without fail, they play sneaky games like: stand behind the counter but not do their job until you come around a second time to check why nothing’s happening. They purposely waste your time as their way of saying they’re better than serving you. I wish they’d be better than getting customer service jobs, then, if they don’t want to serve all customers. The racial games people play are so irritating. I see a lot during my work days, and once you notice a pattern of how certain people behave, you know it’s not an accident.

With a 20-year drought this owner does not see the common sense in conserving water in the city of La Habra. This picture shows over 20% of the water going directly into the gutter. You sir do not deserve my business or anyone's when you are so careless

The car wash sucked payed $9 for a wash and it left my windshield streaky and left my back windshield wet with soapy water and some spots on the hood. But for gas it's alright

STOLE MONEY. I payed $20 for gas, just for my gas tank to show up still completely empty. Gas came out thru the pump, but not $20 worth. I drive a hybrid!!! Which is another reason $20 worth of gas would be more noticeable. The guy inside said there was no way to check if the pump gave me $20 worth of gas. Useless. Seems like the perfect scam. Anyways, do not go here, they absolutely suck:) I'm glad I didn't pay more.

I came to this location yesterday and the casher name raj is he good and very helpful I am definitely recommend my family and friends to come over here and I am definitely come back here from now my favorite gas station

Indian guy in the morning is never there .. I have to look for him hiding in his office twice a week.Today he completely disappeared.. construction workers were looking for him as well. I loved the deals here , but I can't be hunting down your morning shift to give em my money .. I'll take my business elsewhere

Horrible experience! Stopped to put gas and the nozzle came off the hose. Gas began pouring out onto my pants n sandals , my foot covered in gas Ran in to tell the attendant and she said ,You put gas?' I said no it's all over me and the floor . A man cane out and didn't say a word Bottom line the gas wasted on floor charged my debit card and they would not refund the money . It wasn't a lot of money but now it's more than the principle. No concern , care or apology for a customer . Raj ( the msn that cake out of office) states I need to wait until the 9th to talk to mgr!! It is the 30th today This place is a hazard, no stars Just had someone message me nasty words and comments of my review. I had gasoline spilled on my clothing and on me and this is nasty response was not necessary. I didn't bad mouth anyone but the service received on a hazardous dangerous situation. My mistake was not calling 911 for spilled gas on my person. Shame on you for your message to me

Do not buy gas here! The gas had water in it, which wrecked my car. I had to treat my car to make it work with the bad gas, and I'm gonna have to replace some parts in my engine because of this.

If I could rate this negative stars I would. I selected the $8 car wash and it did not even wash my car. The wash took two minutes and the soap was not even dispensed nor did the bristles touch the front of my car. I have a scion TC I wish there was a way to get my money back. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
