I have been here 3 times for major repairs because they are Certified by Auto Club and you get 10% off parts and labor. They are excellent at what they do and are very honest but they blind-side you when you are handed the invoice. Two out of the 3 visits, I was charged more than $100 of what I was quoted. When I reminded them of what I was quoted, they claim they never said that. When it comes to money, you definitely remember what you were told. I have never had this happen to me at other repair shops. When you are on a fixed income, you can't keep having this happen to you. Every extra dollar counts. I do like how they give you a 2 year warranty on parts and labor and never try to upsell you, and they do go above and beyond to find the parts needed to fix your vehicle. Maybe the extra cost is worth it to have peace of mind that the job was done right. You decide.

This was my first visit to White Automotive. I had heard about them from my neighbor. My car is a 2008 Honda. My issue was a sound I had not heard previously. They said they had a full shop, but to bring the car over. When I arrived, they listened to the sound and told me what it potentially could be.A few hours later, they called and had the primary problem fixed. But during the test drive, they found another issue. With the age of the car, I was not surprised. I was grateful they found and fixed this other issue. I depend on the car to operate even though it is not used often.

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Been coming here for years even though it's a little out of the way because I know my car will be fixed correctly and I won't be ripped off.

I take my car here for functional expections every other year or so. I am very confident in their expectations & very trust worthy on keeping my child & I driving safely in our vehicle. That is probably the main reason this shop is AAA approved. Great service!!!

The repairs solved the problems immediately. Now, it' drives like a new car. The price was more than fair and they were very courteous and professional .I couldn't be happier. They are the best.
