This center is amazing! We have had our child here for several years now and we have always been impressed by the caliber of teachers and staff at Charley Brown. We feel like a family here. We always feel like we know where our son is at in his development, learning, and fun. Can't speak highly enough for this place.

I went to this school when I was a little girl. That was in the 80's - early 80's. I remember almost everything. I had a blast with my pals, was occupied all of the time and stimulated. I was born in '79. This place still looks exactly the same :). Fond memories of childhood, here.

CBCC is absolutely amazing. Our daughter has been four about 4 months and she loves it. The teachers are extremely caring and have a clear interest in the children's development. I would highly recommend to parent!
Charley Brown Children’s Center (CBCC) is much more than a child care facility. Located at 5921 Jackson Dr, La Mesa, CA 91942, CBCC has been providing high quality, enrichment preschool programs for San Diego children. In 1972, Reverend Charles Brown from United Church of Christ, La Mesa, had a vision to create a much needed service for everyone in the community regardless of religion. The childcare center was built by volunteers from the church and was designed to provide childcare that is safe, reliable, and at an affordable price.
