They always take my call and have the work done on time.
I don’t even think about taking my Cadillac anywhere else.

I brought my car in for bodywork after an accident where the other party had poor insurance. Sevan and the team were incredibly helpful, assisting with the insurance process, arranging a rental car, and repairing all the damage. They even paid for my rental out of pocket (temporarily, until insurance reimbursement) to ensure repairs were done as quickly as possible. On top of that, they went above and beyond, fixing minor imperfections that weren’t required. After visiting several body shops in the past, this is the first time I’ve felt truly valued—like part of the family. I highly recommend this shop for their exceptional service and care.

These people are scammers. I went here to get my alternator checked. My car battery sensor was saying my battery was dead. I arrived and Yusuf told me it would cost 210$ for the inspection , but it would go towards the replacement, if I needed one. He said it would take 20 min. It ended up taking 3 hours. I asked at 1 hour what was going on. One of the mechanics shrugged and said, "I'll ask." I went outside to see what was taking so long and 3 of the mechanics along with Yusuf were laughing in a circle and talking.when they saw me they went to my car and acted like they were inspecting it. Basically I got charged 210$ 3 hours worth of work when they didn't do anything. The inspection should've cost 20$-40$ tops because that's how long it really took to test the alternator. These people are SCAMMERS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

TL;DR: First time customer, I'm happy with the speed of their service, their honesty, their thorough inspections, and their transperancy. I will absolutely be returning to this business for all future auto maintenance.
I just spent a small portion of my afternoon today at Helix Auto Center, and I couldn't be any more impressed. I called earlier in the morning to ask if they do alignments, and they of course said "yes". I told them that I would be arriving around 1:00pm if that is okay, and they said "absolutely". When I arrived a little early, they immediately knew that I was there for the alignment, and they quickly took some of my information, and asked for my keys. When I asked how long it would be, I was pleasantly surprised when they responded "about 45 minutes". I only asked for the front wheels to be aligned (because I hit a giant rock in the road recently), and they, understandably, also checked the alignment of the rear wheels. It turns out my rear wheels were very out of alignment too. The tech showed me a visualization of what my wheels' angles are, and all 4 of them were pointing off in different directions. I suddenly realized this is likely why my car goes through tires faster than my wife's car. I asked them to please perform the alignment on all 4 wheels. 20 minutes later, they were all aligned, and my car was good to go.
The tech also pointed out to me a few things to be concerned/aware of. My rear brakes are getting to the point that they need replacing, and that one of my axles is leaking whatever green substance it has inside of it. He didn't pressure me to fix those today, which I absolutely appreciate. It's this type of honesty, and transparency that will keep me coming back to Helix Auto Center for all of my cars' maintenance.
